The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The hotel has a mandatory payment in the form of buying a permit to enter the national park. The cost is RUB 200.00 per guest, for children — free of charge.

In case of check-in after 07:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

The hotel reception is located in the village of Zvizzhi, at the entrance to the park. The hotel is 4.5 km from the reception.

For guests staying in the room fund on the territory of the Nikola-Lenivets Art Park, an entrance ticket to the art park is not required. But some of the art objects are located on the territory of the national park Ugra, to visit the territory of the national Park you need to purchase a permit. The permit is purchased separately on the website of the national park Ugra.
