Important Notice For Hotel Guests
Aerotel Jeddah is located within the departure (airport restricted) area at King Abdulaziz International Airport Terminal 1. To reach the hotel, one must first clear the security check point for transit passengers, then take the escalator to level 2 of International Departure and find the hotel next to the Duty Free.

Transit passengers: Do not clear arrival immigration, as you will not be able to re-enter the restricted area again without a valid onward boarding pass. Re-entry to restricted area is subject to airlines’ check in counters opening hours which varies with the different airlines which passengers must check directly with the airlines for confirmation.
Upon arrival into Jeddah, if you do not have your connecting flight’s boarding pass or if your bags are tagged to Jeddah, please approach the airline transit counters for assistance and do not clear immigration.

Departure passengers from city: Please note that airlines’ check in counters usually open 3 hours prior to flight departure unless otherwise advised by the airlines of which passengers must check directly with the airlines for confirmation. Do ensure you have sufficient time to utilise the hotel before reserving a room.
