Becareful do not booking via sales marketing,  and if booking online must ask to receptionis. Sales marketing not good if giving price to  customer. 
Breakfast order by online to,  cash payment price to high.

Comfort hotel but becareful

The taxi driver spent half an hour trying to find the hotel. The signs had been taken down for renovation! Their website offers pics of the inside but we could not find a single pic of the outside (not even on Google) so we could not recognize it.
The one thing we were thankful for was that the manager allowed us an early check-in. The give you free wi-fi whilst the 5* Swissotel doesn't.
I was give a room with a very good view.
The bar fridge was a decent size. The one in Swissotel looks like a kid's toy.
Excellent lift to room ratio so no long waits at the lift. Swissotel lifts can keep you waiting 3 minutes with lots of uncouth people pushing past ladies and old people waiting longer.

I promised him a box of chocolates if he gave me a good room. Guess if I gave him the chocs?
1) The room phone did not work at all whilst we were there!
When we ordered an outside delivery the delivery guy waited 30 minutes whilst reception kept on trying to phone us on a phone that does not work.
This is made worse by the fact that we had gone down earlier and reminded them that our phone does not work & to send the delivery person to the room.
The staff member failed to advise other staff members.
We were only given free drinking water on some days.
Our room was not cleaned at all on one day, despite requesting it!
The safe was locked.
I put my complaints in writing in the card provided and handed it to reception
but nothing was done!
When checking out I asked for the courtesy bus to drop me to a better hotel just 900m away. The receptionist told me they had no courtesy bus whilst the bus was parked right outside. I asked the manager & he told us he would organize it.
Waited 15 minutes & reminded him; waited a further 5 and then took a taxi in desperation.
I still kept my word and gave him a box of ferrero rocher.
You decide if he deserved it.

The hotel itself is decent, with good rooms & decent beds. The bathroom is extremely cramped & small, so small that i couldn't take a photo of it.
It is a bit far from the Mosque, a brisk 8 minute walk or a normal 10 minute walk.

Anonymous hotel & management

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is noisy especially if you have your room next to elevators. Most residents are turkish groups who are noisy and impolite. The complimentary break fast is the worst.  No variety. .. only cheese and cheese... and more cheese!!!

Less than average

It's quite well located, barely five minutes from the mosque, the hotel is quite comfortable. We were just disappointed with the quality of the breakfast, which is important to keep the day going well in Medina, for the children and for us.

Good quality ratio price but minimum service

I visited last month in Medina after performing Holy Hajji. I stayed there for 2 days and location is superb. This hotel is very near to Masjid e Nabbabi gate no 7. I went to pray in the mosque 5 times in 5-7 minutes by walking. Hotel was clean , staffs are well behaved and cooperative. I found some Bangladeshi staffs there and they are very much helpful. This hotel has good breakfast and room delivery service.
