Hotel not to recommend, miserable breakfast (one omelette, one juice, three slices of cucumber and two olives); three meals served more than zero. But the worst in this hotel is the Egyptian receptionist, always in a bad mood and very arrogant, he even tried to scam us for an extra like how our room was VIP.

Hotel just above average and zero service

We preferred to stay at this hotel as it is close to Masjid Al Nabawi keeping aside other factors a traveler normally keeps in mind. For getting a fine hotel close to the Masjid requires pre-planning and advance booking.  This is very true [1] before and during the holy month of Ramadan, [2] at the time of Hajj and [3] sometimes when the summer holidays in educational institutions in Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries starts. Their service was ok but needs improvement. The food quality was good. Wi-Fi was available in the lobby but not in rooms. Since we have visited the two holy mosques several times in the past, our experience is that hotels around these places lack in or provide below-standard many amenities. Many reasons could be stated, but I feel, the influx of pilgrims is one of the major ones. It is, therefore, resulted in ignoring (or caring less for) the worshipers' comfort and facilities. We have noticed varied impressions and rating for these hotels from different travelers.

Aiming at the Purpose and Ignoring the Desired Food and Facilities

Poor ventilation in rooms. No room service. No wifi in rooms. Always here 'No' from front desk staff.  Pros: close proximity to Haram, Centralised AC. and wifi in lobby.
Linen and furnishings are new. Cons: No professional approach to attract customers

No Room service

The hotel is only 2 blocks away from Masjid al Nabawi (Mosque of the prophet Muhammad PBUH), but that plus point is something shared by nearly all major hotels in Medinah, so u can choose much better ones from among a handful of hotel options.
Cleanliness was disastrous! We were there for five nights and they didn't clean our room even for one time !!
Breakfast, lunch & dinner were included in our package but the quality and quantity were too poor and small to use.
They claim to be a 3 star hotel but I can hardly give them 1 star.
