This was my first time in the peaceful city of Medina.The hotel lobby and rooms are clean but could do with an overall update.The Breakfast buffet is varied and the manager Mohammed is very helpful.The downside are the bathrooms which are really dated.There is a mini fridge and beverages in the rooms the beds are nice and firm, tvs and wifi is available in rooms .The best thing about the hotel it is very close to shops & bizzares and   gate 16  to the  ladies entrance To Masjid al nabi.I  really liked the location.Please note the bathrooms are not to modern standards.The staff were courteous.

Medina near gate 16 convenient locations and many food shops

Very old building, room decorations are very old. Many things were broken. Big building but not enough lifts. So always there were long lines in front of lifts. I had to walk 9 stories after waiting for half an hour. 

The lobby was very nice. Very well decorated. One will hope very nice rooms after seeing the lobby. But rooms are below average. Water always stays burning hot due to sun of the desert. U will never get cold water. Its very difficult to bath in the extreme hot water. 

Bed is not that comfortable. Toilet was pretty backdated.  Water was dripping from the ceiling. 

But positive side is that the hotel is very close to the gate of masjid annabwi. Everything is really close from the hotel u will find food, shops, markets, transport everything nearby. And also at the price range all hotels of mecca and medina will be like this. So it is what u get when u go to umrah and everyone forgets about hotel conditions because they are here to worship Allah,  not to enjoy luxury

5 min walk to the gate of nabawi

this is my 1st time to stay of the hotel , the room is old & not equipped at all 

Customer service and hotel security did not help me to change room and not stopped annoying guest from sending their child to knock the door 

I would like to express my extreme upset from low level of service of hotal; where I called 2-time reception (3 AM – 4: 30 AM) in order to secure and control annoying which happened from guest beside my room with no serious action had been taken

I requested 2-3 time to change my room and no response still!!

Terrible - Do not book it

-This is the first time to stay at the hotel.
-I hesitated to book there when i read the reviews that some were very bad
-I contacted the hotel & soon i got the reply from the booking manager Mr/ Mostafa Khater who was very kind, reactive, and assured me that i will enjoy.
-He fullfilled his promise and was very professional. I told him that i enjoyed the stay comparing the value.
- All staff were very helpful
- I told them about that the hotel need minor updates to avoid any passive feedback.
- I hope to revisit the hotel next year.

good location

I had a very Bad experience there. They charge lot of money from Hajji, but don't provide the service. They have one toilet for 2 rooms. so If there are 6 person, they all will have only 1 bathroom, which is ridiculous.  Moreover, they have only few lifts in the building, so after every prayer there was a war to catch the lift. Bathroom was broken. Lights were broken. Stuffs were not much friendly. They offer free wifi, which is jammed all the time, very slow. Only good thing is that the hotel is very near to Masjid al Nawabi.

Bad Bad Bad

Nice and clean room, great interior design, quite nice foods, very close to Masjid An-Nabawi (only 5 minutes walking), super great location in town, but the wifi was too slow. Also, the staff was not so friendly. 

Great Location

A walk distance to Masjid AlNabawi.
Many good restaurants within a walk distance from the hotel.
Average but quite good hotel to stay during performance of umra or hadj while in Madinah.
I think, the hotel deserves the affordability price you paid.

Quite good hotel.

Nasty hotel very rude people at the reception takes a long time to get up the lifts in to your room stay away from this hotel. Housekeeping don’t even come round to change the bed sheets or come round to clean the bathroom or bedroom

Hajj 2018

Well I believe my review is different than others, we stayed here during Umrah and to be honest I’ll keep my self with less expectations, cause I was there for good reason, according to the price you people pay it’s definitely a good hotel, and I would specially like to thank Mr. Mohammad Syed , who is so great person every morning he was checking on my to ask about my stay and over all. 
Hotel is always full with so many people who were there for prayers so Ofcourse when the property is that busy it’s normal to have delays, also thanks to Mr. Majid at guest relations desk who did our check in , all reception staff is so friendly

Great experience 

The receptionist charged excess amount for a room against which i had receipt of full payment done in advance via Expedia.com without giving any reason explanation or receipt for the same. It was like either take it or leave it for the very room for which i have already paid in full
I am pretty sure that the excess charges goes in the pocket of receptionists since they were not issuing any receipt against the excess amount
