Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud

From the moment I arrived at Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud, I knew I was in for a pleasant stay. The first impression was truly set by Reema at the front desk, who welcomed me with a big smile and such warmth that instantly made me feel at home. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I must say Reema stood out as one of the most exceptionally kind and professional front desk team members I’ve ever encountered. Alongside her were Areej and Nouf, who were equally friendly, proactive, and always ready to assist. Throughout my 4-day stay, I had the opportunity to interact with several members of the front desk team, but these three ladies truly made a lasting impression. Their positive attitude, attentiveness, and professionalism reflected the high standards of hospitality Novotel is known for. The room I stayed in was newly refurbished, spacious, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. I especially loved the two large windows overlooking the main road, which offered a relaxing view and brought in lots of natural light — it was the perfect space to unwind after a long day. The hotel’s conference rooms were also very well set up, making business meetings smooth and comfortable. The food was another highlight — delicious, well-presented, and offering a good variety to suit different tastes. With its excellent location, welcoming team, and high-quality facilities, Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud delivered an outstanding experience. I truly enjoyed every part of my stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting Riyadh.
