I was visiting Riyadh with family over the weekend and needed 2 bedrooms apartment at a good location.

After lot of research over the internet, I selected to go with this property. A 2 bedroom apartment at 240 per night was an affordable option and the reviews showed it was worth it.

So upon arriving, there was a just service boy at the reception and we had to wait for the supervisor to arrive for check-in (it was expected as it was Friday prayers time when we arrived).

The property seemed average, I roamed around and saw 3 rooms before selecting one on the ground floor. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and a small kitchen area. The beds and linen were clean and basic amenities were available.

Middle of the night, A/C in one of the rooms started spilling water and it was fixed the next day (maintenance staff was not available as it was Friday).

The location of the property was very good as it gave us access to good restaurants and shopping destinations close by (I had lived in Riyadh for 6 years and knew which area is good).

So the verdict, it is an average property at average rates so don't expect 4 star stay but at this price it is a good choice.
