Well where to start….it was centrally located in Belgrade near to transport, included breakfast and organized our taxi to the airport.

We booked 2 twins and given a king room. The room was the deluxe size but with large suitcase for several week trip it seemed small. There was kettle in the room yet no tea available so we took some from breakfast. Only provided 1 coffee in the room for a 4 night stay and had to purchase if we want more. The elevator was a tiny 4 person and had to wait several times given we were 7 flights up. The heat was turned on for every room despite being 70F every day; we had to request it to be turned off every night. 

The worst was the bathroom…..only 1 towel, 1.5 roll of toilet paper for 2 women, overhead rain shower never worked and had to use hand held and worst the toilet only seemed to flush 1 time per day.

Central but horrific bathroom

Modern,great location, near to street Knez Mihajla, Skadarlija, Moskva hotel, Kalemegdan, St.Sava and St.Marko church, Tashmajdan park, clean,cosy and comfortable room, kind personal, nice breakfast.My first choice when I go to Belgrade,

Excellent

Great Location.  We were a family of 5 that booked a triple room and a double room.  On arrival we were told that there was a problem with the triple room and instead they gave us a double room with an extra roll away bed and that was disappointing.  The window in the room would not close fully resulting noise from the outside.  They said that the other choice they had was to give us a triple room in another hotel.  We appreciated the fact they did not split us in to 2 different hotels. The breakfast was good.

Great Place with a minor issue

I had a wonderful experience at the Mark Hotel. The room was very cutesy, very lovely. 
Do I dare say, demure? Ha!  The location is close to everything, especially the St. Mark cathedral -- which is gorgeous, and the National Library! I loved my trip to Belgrade.

Excellent Hotel and Central Location

The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is easy reachable via the bus stations which are nearby. 
The hotel staff is friendly, especially the reception desk: Marina was amazing and very helpful. I thank her for all the great support!

Nice hotel in the central area. Well located  to visit all the historical parts of Belgrade and the place looks like it was being renovated recently. Staff were helpful and I had dinner in the hotel and the food was  very good and cheap. It was my first time in Belgrade and Serbia in general, I am impressed by the city how well it is kept and the people in general. I lived in different cities in the EU and the comparison is stunning.

Strategic location

The hotel is excellent place for business visits.
Well organized, perfect location and the staff is highly professional and helpful.

The rooms are very clean and the space is really utalized. 

The breakfast also is tasty and offer different options.

Excellent location, helpful staff at Front desk, clean and updated rooms, delicious breakfast with big selection at the breakfast room. Everyrhing was to our expectation and satiafaction, thank you for the excellent service, we will definitely come back.

Excellent service

The room was small but very comfortable. Everything else about the room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great, with many options that changed daily. The location was also a plus for this hotel; everything was within walking distance.

Great experience

Nice hotel at a good location, good breakfast. Unfortunately, the toilet flush in room 402 did not work properly and was inspite of our complaints not getting repaired. Offer of airport transfer for € 42 is too espensive, got it for € 26 with booking.com
