The location is in heart of city. All rooms are in first floor of the building ( without lift) and thus sometimes is bit noisy. Bathroom is ok and functioning, staff is very helpful and for a low price is sure a very good choise .

The location is perfect, located right at the main street of Knez Mihailova. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Clean and modern rooms. Walking distance to most of the visitor attractions in Belgrade..

Excellent location, amazing service!

I checked out of a rowdy hostel and managed to locate this gem of a guesthouse on Tripadvisor. I was pulling my hair out looking at the insane prices of hotels so decided to checkout the guesthouse section on Tripadvisor and found this place, it's definitely a small boutique hotel rather than a guesthouse.

Located up a dodgy set of stairs next to a pizza slice shop, it's a little daunting but when you get inside it's like any hotel, although looks like a hospital. Great wifi and cheap rooms, 25 euro a night I paid.. bed was comfortable.

Only negatives were the minibar is so loud every 15 minutes it ramps up the noise for 5 minutes 24/7 and the bathroom smelt a bit foul every now and then. Water also leaked from the shower as per other reviews. Lastly the door could only be locked with the key from the inside and out, this is a fire hazard especially if you needed to vacate the room in an emergency. 

Epic location, very punctual and informative staff and pricing on par with a hostel but at a hotel standard. They helped organise a taxi to the airport, cost was 1480 dinars.

What a find! Excellent Service & Location

30 euro per night in the heart of Stari Grad. Slept well on a  great mattress. Staff very helpful, especially Snowwhite ;-)
No breakfast, but there are plenty of places close by.
Room and bathroom are modern.

This place is very modern and comfortable. It is in a great location - right near main square and not far from bus and train station. Staff are there 24 hours and are very professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
