Hostel is very dirty, There was hair in the bed and the floor was dirty. Toilets smells disgusting. Eleckricity and wifi stopped. Microwave dosnt work. We were gonna stay for three days, but we left after the first night. Dont be fooled by points, Definitely dont stay you here.

Cant be any worse 

We had to grab a hostel for the night after a missed train connection and found hostel Play across the street. Best price in the area, very clean, good AC on a hot and humid night, best towels we have had in any hotel or hostel during two weeks across Europe, decent wifi, great shower. Knowledgeable and helpful staff spoke English fluently and helped us with the bus station.

Good value and good conditions

Not the greatest hostel I've stayed in. Could have done with an oven or something to cook on. Very quiet hostel as well, really not much of an atmosphere. It was however very clean and in a great location. Average hospitality from staff.

We stayed in room 206, I have to say it was a bit cold because we stayed in January
but the overall area is clean, bathrooms are ok, the price is good and I really recommend this Hostel for short stay.
the personnel is also hospitable and on disposal.
The only thing I would recommend is taking shoes off in the room but that is my personal preference.

excellent location

This hostel is located on the Savski square, where the old train station is. But this is no longer operational; trains now run from a new place, 5 minutes away by bus. 
This is where the hostel loses some of its appeal.  

The ambiance was somewhat charged, as migrants were not adding to a travel feel. I felt somewhat too observed by some of them. 

Staff was nice. With nice I don't necessarily mean 'friendly', but rather 'agreeable' and 'personable'. I in turn felt compassionate for their plight. I don't mean to reflect bad on the hostel's amenities or staff, but rather the ambiance.

The desk girl was friendly but was new at the job, so me needing to get to Bucharest was a tall order for her to advise me on. She was helpful in making arrangements though.
Also, the hostel was flexible and understanding about the cancellation I was forced to make for my last night.

Central, though somewhat ...

The cheapest hostel in Belgrade. Everything was clean. I met nice people in my room. Nonstop check-in. Good location - close to the central bus station. 
Nothing to complain about. I felt quite good there. It is good accommodation in case you want to be alone for a while. L

Cheap and good

we are finishig our cycling trip across the adriatic coast and we arrive late at Belgrade, no place to sleep, worried about us and our bikes and BOOM! Hostel Play was just crossing the street from
the train station, waiting for us with 2 beds, hot showers, all clean, silence and perfect to rest that night. A beautiful miracle. 
we recomend the place 100%, you’re gonna love it
