This hotel has preserved its Soviet block art deco charm, and added modern services. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with local food items. I just wish they had an all-day tea/coffee station accessible or in-room facilities. The room was very comfortable, except the heating was too high. We couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature and didn't feel like bothering the reception, so we just cracked the window open for the night and it was fine.
