Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great, and inside and outside pools were amazing. Also, the walking tours organized by the hotel were really fun. Definitelly coming back!

It is  children frendly hotel , the poll is very fun for small kids and the water is hot. There is bua shuttle every hour to the centar and ski terens .
Also there is playgrpund for the smalles the the resposible person there was very kind. The food is very nice also.

I playroom is really good, I liked it. it wors in the evening, until 20.00. The also have sp for older kids. The staff is nice. They take care of them . there is a mice bar next door, ao the parents can relax. The swimming pool for kids is faboulos, the children liked it. The water us warm.

Amazing place in Kopaonik. The best SPA experience ever. I highly recommend "Magicni dodir Kraljevi Čardaci" and outdoor swimming pool. Wonderful experience for entire family. 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️🏊‍♀️🧘‍♀️🛀❤️❤️

All recommendations for this restaurant 
This is our first choice for the food on Kopaonik.
The quality of food is much higher than price.
Food was incredible and especially service (waiter), which is hard to find these days. Miroljub was very friendly, knowledgeable and with the highest manners which are required in service industry.👍
As a professional waiter myself back in a day, I know how hard was it to smile every single day.
But this gentleman doesn’t have that problem and he always recommended some interested food that we haven’t tried before or a place to visit.

We choosed  this simpatico hotel again, and found it at the same good standard as august last year.
Must name the restaurant for it’s breakfast, which only complain is the (only) white bread which is terrible for people who is used to integral bread. The bacon is so little toasted which make it uneatable if you do not like greasy fet 😤
Top carakter to the evening kitchen. As tastefully as in the best restaurants.
The mountain walks is beautiful. We did not have too much of the nu. 1. up the the 4th. wiewing bank. A breaching of clean air in the incredible noiseless is , as well as the hotel, The long drive from Belgrad worth 😎

Great hotel staff, great services, excelent food. A little cold water in the swimming pool but the spa area was great. 
They have 2 bars area and kids zone, excellent arranged so both kids and parents have a great time.

A hotel that deserves its reputation.
Clean hotel/ rooms, with young and friendly staff, very pleasant and varied spa area, perfect playground for children from 1 year to 10+.
The food very tasty and diversified.

We had a nice stay and surely next year we will come back here.

The accommodation conditions were superb, the spa services, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the salt mine and the others as well. It offers free shuttle service to the ski slopes.

It is possible to purchase a ski pass directly from the hotel, with the same price as practiced on the ski slope, thus avoiding 1 hour of queue in the resort. Card payments are used anywhere without having your pockets full of cash.



We had a great time in the hotel, hotel is very clean, also the temperature inside is pleasant although outside it -6 degrees. The spa is really great. The food was the best part of our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious. 

The biggest negative about the hotel was that practically you have no place to stay in free time, no hotel lobby . There is a bar which i called a lobby bar but it is really small and the worst is that it is smoking area. 

However i strongly recommend this hotel

Just like last year

Is 1 o’clock in the night and in the part of hotel with spa center is imposible to sleep. 
Near the children pool is a bar where until late in the night, EVERY NIGHT ,people are playing rummy, cards,  laughing, talking very laudly. 
I was to reception, one hour ago, but they dont do anything. They just can change my room, but this is not a good solution for all people who want to sleep into the rooms on top Spa Center
The only solution and is a very simple solution is a DOOR , to separe that part from all rooms where people want to sleep.

Great Hotel

I just love this hotel and I stayed with the company for the sixth year in a row, in terms of accommodation, food, staff everything was great as always I would only draw attention to the rudeness of the staff at the reception which is obviously in the new lineup this season and which  they act as if they are here as punishment and not voluntarily.  Another complaint is the spa, which in my opinion has become too small after the increase in hotel capacity and needs renovation because it often happens that some of the facilities do not work due to a malfunction.  Only because of these objections, I rated the hotel with a slightly lower rating, but I hope to see you next year and that these little things will be corrected.  I would especially like to praise the workers in the ski storage, which the team from the reception should look up to.
