In april I spent 3 days on school excursion  in this lovely hotel. This was the most comfortable 3 star hotel in Serbia I have ever been. The rooms and apartments are new, lovely decorated, spacious, with all facilities (kitchen, tv, kettler, fridge), so are the bathrooms. There is great view from apartments on Niš, which is not far away. The food vas great and varous. The staff vere mosr helpful, proffesional, and Dragan and Daniela, who own this place, are great people, helpful and friendly. This is the best hotel in Niš I have ever been too. It is placed on hill, but taxi in Niš is cheep, or you can go on foot /car.So, I will  definitelly come again. Vith kids, or in private trips to Niš. 

Great place with great people

This  accommodation was nice, clean and as shown on the pictures. Also possible late check-in. They are a pet friendly hotel, however, because of the pet we haven’t felt like a second class guests.
Their employees are super kind, polite and helpful (desk, waiter).
All was perfect, highly recommend!

Great accommodation with great employees

Stayed for one night on our way back from Greece. Very good price, approx 40 EUR for a suite and 3 EUR /person for breakfast. Good view over the city of Nis, friendly English speaking staff, decently clean hotel with parking included. The only major minus is that they do not accept credit cards, you must have cash on you when you go there otherwise you must walk like 15-20 minutes to the closest ATM. 

Good value for the money! 

Rooms are clean,staff is very nice. The view is stunning if you get a room with a city view. 
Parking can accommodate many cars.
Hotel offers breakfast but for other meals one have to walk to the city center, about 15-20 min.

Decent accomodation in Nis

We stayed for one night, on our way back from Greece. 
Apartment was clean and cute. Master bed very comfortable.
Hosts were friendly and forthcoming.
Breakfast, included in a price, was ok with choices for everyone.

Family rest stop

We was in this hotel one of the night, when we went to the Albania. That is a good quality!
Perfect stuff and most friendly personnel in this hotel!  We was at five floor and view so good! Was parking place and no problem with some questions about dinner at this town. 

Relaxing and wonderful view 

The "NIS CITY VIEW" Hotel is located at about two kilometers from the center of the city, in a quiet zone of the town.The room price is very acceptable, and you can have breakfast for 3 euro/person. I reccomend!

Good for travel staying

Place has free parking, working elevator, and open 24/7. We arrived at 10pm(22:00pm) asked if they have 2 rooms available. The guy at the desk was very helpful, gave use city view. Rooms 325/225.

Perfect place for a cheap, overnight stay. Traveled Romania to Macedonia. Nis, was 1/2 way.

Free Parking, 24/7 Hotel with elevator.

The elevator was out of order and that forced us to move our baggage up to the 4th floor and backwards . Moreover the room was not so clean and some visitors were very noisy with no any action from the stuff to prevent it. On the other hand the breakfast was excellent.

Average choice 

Хотелът име безплатен паркинг. Беше топло в някои от стаите. Персоналът е дружелюбен. 
Хигиената е много зле в хотела, стаите не се поддържат добре, в баните е много мизерно и гнусно. Добре е да се носят джапанки в банята. В стаите не се зареждат санитарни материали, не се сменят кърпи, не се оправят легла. 
Апартамент 9 е на приземен етаж, студен, с мухъл, с неприятна миризма, мръсен, мизерен, неподдържан, с лепнещ под от мръсотия, за основен ремонт. На терасата имаше остатъци от ядени чушки, шкафовете в кухнята, банята и целия апартамент не бяха почистени въобще, някъде имаше откъртени парчета от мебелировката
Закуската е много зле, по-добре да не предлагат закуска. 

The hotel offers free parking. It was warm in some of the rooms. Friendly staff. 
The hygiene is very bad, the rooms are not well maintained, the bathrooms are very miserable and disgusting. Wearing flip-flops in the bathroom is a must. The rooms are not filled with sanitary materials everyday, towels are not changed, beds are not made.
Apartment 9 is on the ground floor, cold, moldy, smelly, dirty, miserable, unmaintained, with a sticky dirt floor. The apartment needs a major renovation. There were remnants of eaten peppers on the terrace, the cupboards in the kitchen, the bathroom and the whole apartment were not cleaned at all, somewhere there were broken pieces of the furniture.
The breakfast is very bad, they better not offer breakfast.
