We stayed in Novi Sad for 3 days, so we decided to take Zak rooms for 2 nights.

Rooms are big, very open and there is a lot of space. But there is poor lighting (only 2 windows and lights are pretty bad). If you look for romantic ambient, this should work for you.

Me and my family took all three rooms, where room 1 and 2 were okayish. Room 3 was a bit disaster. Electricity is acting out and there is no shower cabin in the bathroom, just open shower. There is also signs of unfinished work. Rooms would be great if they had proper care and cleaning. 

I liked the fact, that wifi was free, no acting out. There is also a free parking lot, but could be full as guests of hotel and restaurant can both park there. There is hairdryer in each room, which is a plus. Also, if you need accommodation close to center, this is a perfect spot. Center is really just 300m away. AC is in each room aswell, but you have to be patient with the remote. It is slow. 

What I did not like is the fact, that they put little effort in cleaning and taking care of the rooms. Also very poor diversity on breakfast menu. Only omlette and sandwich. Omlette is a bit salty, so I did not like it. My family loved it though. Breakfast is served at 9am, so if you are an early bird, this is very useful information. Maybe pick breakfast elsewhere or find different accommodation/hotel. Maybe the fact, that this is not hotel explains it.

I still think they could attend rooms with better care. They would be perfect! Hopefully they will take this advice for the future, because the place has big potential.

Also staff was nice. No complaints there.

Big rooms close to center, but with poor care

We picked this place as we passed through Serbia and wanted to stay in Novi Sad. 

The hotel is located centrally, quite close to the city center so you can easily walk in 5 minutes or so. 
It has an indoor parking as well as a lovely garden you can eat for breakfast. 

The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and he helped us with the luggage as well with us putting some of our food in their freezers. They made us sandwiches and gave us 2 orange juice bottles for the morning as we were leaving early in the morning and we would miss the breakfast. 

The room we had, the first one on the left was really big and it had a nice view to the cathedral tower facing the hotel. 
Room was clean, maybe the bathroom would be nice if it will be more updated as the things looked a bit worned out and stained. 

All in all for an overnight stay I do believe it's a good option to stay, very nice people working there, haven't tried the food but the options they had looked interesting.

Good location, excellent service

The guest accommodation Zak consists of 3 rooms. Big and recently renovated rooms. Two of them(1 and 2) have refrigerators , but a little too noisy! Not give 5 stars because of the Breakfast: omelette, butter and jam. Three days same breakfast is too much. But considering the very attentive manager this will be changed soon because is not so difficult(could ask the day before and prepare in the morning!?). Staff very helpful and friendly.

Good location for visiting Novi Sad on foot.

The hotel is located near the center of town, with very good access with vehicles. Directly by the hotel is a private car park, which is free of charge. The rooms are located on the second floor. The room in which we slept was very large, tastefully furnished with a very large bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast included in the room price was something special. They served various omelets and home-made pâtés from various foods. Very, very tasty. The coffee that serves is very good, as it should be. We'll be back.

Good location, close to the city center

Zak staff have been extremely friendly and the accommodation is nice and modern with A.C., dinning table, hair dryer, safe etc. Myself and a friend stayed here and were very happy with the room, staff and the food. For a B&B the breakfast is superb and recommend having it outside. 
We stayed for the EXIT festival and had a problem finding somewhere to print our tickets. When we got back to Zak the manager said he will print them for us, this was awesome. 
Highly recommend ZAK's accommodation and restaurant. 

Very nice place to stay

We really enjoyed the stay at Zak, they where very accommodating, helpful in English and the rooms were clean and well decorated. Perfect location to see the sights of Novi Sad, walking distance to the city center was less than 10 minutes.
