We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Greece. To be honest I expected less. The room was clean and normal sized. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok too. The only thing I didn't like is that it is on busy street and the room didn't have darker curtains (I like it to be dark in the room in the morning). 
Anyway I would recommend it for one night stay. I can't claim it 100% but I think this is the best one in Vladicin Han to stay.

Pretty nice

Not really sure if this establishment is a villa, a cafe/resto or a hostel? Kitsch-y chic interior of the adjacent cafe has nothing to do with bare-bones multi-bed room I was assigned to (#104). The room was clean, bathroom as well, though incredibly tiny compared to ample room size. If you have trouble sleeping ask for a room not overlooking the road as noise is (almost) constant. Wonky internet connection (get used to that in Balkans as investing in pro gear is not common). Service is slow during peak times (40+ minutes for dinner). Staff attitude distant yet cordial. Free parking. Breakfast charged extra.

Wery clean and modern facility with spacious rooms, at a low price.
Located just few minutes of the high way, it is a perfect place to stay overnight
and rest if you go to/from Greece.
Also there are several lakes, rivers and spa's near, so it could be nice place for weekend rest.

Nice place to rest

There are not so much places to stay in South Serbia, where nice food and hot water are indispensable for comfort feeling.
This a place with nice employees, very kind persons, very - very popular to the local citizens, just think that Tuesday evening it was full of locals, families, young people, to enjoy the food and a nice coffee in the down guests room.
I think it is an excellent choice for the whole area, safe, clean with kind persons.
