A typical place that puts good looking pictures online and once you’ve checked it, you see the grim reality. 

A half done hotel where still lots of work needs to be done. 

Beds are super soft and NONE of the pillows, sheets or linens had NO stains. The carpet is dirty and so are the walls and pretty much everything. 

Breakfast is the worst I saw in my entire life. A bunch of apples, packed marmelade, everyone smokes in a small room where people are having breakfast. 

It’s an awful place that should be avoided at all cost.

The hotel is easily accessible. The room is comfortable, large. The bed is good. The cleanliness is great, the towel is soft and has a good aroma. The restaurant was a delicious and generous dinner. The staff is nice, ready to go. They speak good English. The value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend you want to relax while traveling.

It's a pleasant place

I had lunch with my friends on the outside terrace. Atmosphere and music is very relaxing, only thing that is a bit problem is that is on location that is a bit hard to find even tho city is small, also prices are a bit higher that usual in this city. Overall I reccomend this place for friendly visits, business, couples, singles, even for small celebrations in their restaurant!

Beautifull place, but hard to find!

Modern building in a hidden street but at the same time in the very city center, hosts guests in modern, comfortable, well equiped, clean and bright rooms. Rooms are air conditioned (both cooling and heating). Internet connection is excellent. Bathroom is in warm colors, with toiletries. Mini bar is well equiped. Bed is comfortable and big and the room is very spatious. Food is excellent and underpriced. For less then 10 euros one can eat wonderfully prepared food - including vegan and vegetarian - followed by desert, glass of wine and coffee. Staff is more then polite - they are real hosts who care about guests' needs and comfort.

Excellent place

We usually go to Ponte Bianco for drink after work or an informal dinner with friends. The staff are very polite (though a bit slow sometimes) and the food is well-prepared. The menu caters for the needs of vegetarians as well and they also tend to be very helpful when people are fasting. The supervising staff are fantastic, educated and polite. The surrounding are tastefully decorated and the music is not so loud that you cannot have a relaxed conversation with friends. All food is great, especially salads and pizzas.

Relaxed dinner

I have stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The location is very convenient and the house in comparison to
a lot of other accomodation in Vranje is modern and bright. 
My room was spacious and well equipped, but the carpet was heavily stained. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was marked with black spots, as if mould had gotten on it at some point. 
Wifi throughout the premises was strong.
Breakfast was plentyful and good and the staff friendly.
