The worst thing we have ever experienced and we have traveled all over the world....Everything is completely OPPOSITE to the offer. A maximum of two stars, so let's go.. 1. The furniture is completely falling apart 2. The bathroom is so unusable that, for example, you can only use the hanging shower 3. two joined beds are sold as a French bed even though the website says that they have rooms with a FRENCH BED 4. Mattresses falling apart after two nights we got back pain 5. SPA center practically does not exist as well as the swimming pool which ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT FUNCTION because the water is ICE already more than a kilometer 9. the staff is just a story for itself, the owner of the hotel as well as the others are rude and arrogant; we witnessed the inappropriate behavior of the owner, who was on the verge of an incident with one of the hotel's guests, just because the guest asked for the heating to be turned up because his child was freezing in the room and the heating remote does not work 10. The offer states that the hotel has a playroom with a professional teacher and childcare, during our stay of 6 days we did not see such a person for a single minute, and when we asked, they just said "we don't have that", the playroom is so cold that it is practically unusable. Of course, this is our experience and you are free to use it check in that case GOOD LUCK!!! THIS HOTREL CAN RATHER BE CALLED "RESILIENCE" AND ARROGANCE

RUDE STAFF AND THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE OFFER ON THE SITE

Hotel which would need more care and great need of attention. Broken furniture no aire conditionned and room much too hot too sleep. Globally unfriendly welcome. I have been refused the entrance to the pool because supposedly I add a second tarif while no written no way. Please avoid. There are plenty of new hotels near by

Not worth your money

Staying in this hotel was the best decision for accommodation during our trip. The views from the room is amazing. The location is oerfrcr, just 10 mins walk to the city center. The restaurant in the hotel has some amazing options to choose from. Love the breakfast options. And the room is huge! The staff is so polite and accommodating. If you are heading to zlatibor, I would definitely recommend to stay here. 

Great hotel with amazing views

Our visit was at the summer, not at the ski season when this property must be sold-out.
Well deserves the 4-Stars! Try to be on the 3rd/top floor with balcony. The room was well appointed and equiped  with all the bells and whistles. Free and safe parking! The summer rate was really affordable...I highly recommend it...

Great small hotel with awesome views and location....

Very quite place. Amazing view too from the room.. Staff are very humble & helping.  Service also good.  Breakfast not good at all.  Twenty minutes walking distance from the main market place.  Spacious and clean.

Very Nice

Nice and quite, in the nature, close to places for fun and play in the snow.
Staff at the restaurant disrespectful to mom with kids, we waited for pancakes 45 mins, because waiters were occupied with wealthy guests at lunch.

The place is nice. We stayed for one night and had dinner at the restaurant. We got quality food and a great wine. People are nice and friendly (even the kitten who eat half of my steak on the terrace)
The room it's ok and meets the 4 stars although we tried another hotel on the way back and was much much better (for the same price range)

The place is nice

Our daughter and her husband chose this hotel for their wedding.

The good points - location is good - up away from the main town so it is quiet and has stunning views of the mountains. The hotel is a small boutique style and on the whole in good condition. The rooms are large and spacious and everything worked.

The beds were a bit odd, sort of comfortable but not that comfy. There was some strange mattress cover which was annoying and crunchy - every time you moved it woke you up - most odd! Felt like sleeping on straw.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful - language was a problem but we all got what we needed in the end. Food was ok, but we only had breakfast really and it was a buffet, so not a lot could go wrong.

As to the wedding, I think this was their first event, so there were a few hiccups, but the staff threw themselves into the spirit of the event. 

The less good points - the owner was a bit odd. He wanted to argue about everything and really upset my daughter and husband (who is Serbian). Not sure why but he became very uncooperative and actually closed the disco early and stopped serving drinks etc. He also threatened to keep the deposit as a sink was leaking!!!

He needs to get a grip - we had 80 or so guests, booked the whole hotel with people from the UK and Serbia to make sure we all had a good time, but his attitude has left a bad taste. Perhaps he was overwhelmed .... who knows - but full credit to the staff who carried on regardless and even danced and had fun at the party - that's the spirit we were looking for!

As for Zlatibor, we are smitten. Such a lovely place and full of life - we had a ball in the local bars and would wholly recommend coming here. Although it was summer, we want to visit in the winter as this is a proper ski resort. The food is cheap and so is the beer.

Wedding weekend

DO NOT BOOK AS A WEDDING VENUE.

This was our chosen wedding venue.

The staff made a real effort especially with the UK guests, they were very accommodating and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was clean and had amazing views.

The hotel owner however was not accommodating at all, he was very rude, made an issue out of everything, shut the party down early even though we had agreed a certain time. Stole our wedding favours, and on countless times over the planning of our wedding shouted at my husband. He made me feel very uncomfortable and upset me greatly on my own wedding day. He may seem like he wants to accommodate all your needs but believe me he will retract his statement when it actually comes to it. Every girl looks forward to their wedding day and although it was still a nice day, he thoroughly ruined it.

MY WEDDING

Beautiful location with really nice, clean rooms and small balcony. Stunning views and a short walk into town. Staff very amenable. 
Good breakfasts and rooms kept well by maids. Had some difficulty understanding the bill!
