Wonderful luxurious chalets , in front of the beach...
A long sandy beach and cristal water is waiting for you ...
Living in some steps away from the supermarkets....
Buy  fresh fish at the local market, fresh and lovely papaya and ananas and enjoy it at the terrace with the stars shinning on you and the sea waves as peaceful music for your soul....

Feeling at home

We booked the two bedroom villa in the front row (all ground floor, not the two-story-buildings in the second row). The villa was very spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. There is an aircon in every sleeping room and a big terrace facing the garden, the pool and the beach.
The host is very welcoming and helpful and you get free (guarded) parking. There is a nice little pool and - the best of all - one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles just in front. Shops, restaurants and take-aways are all located within walking distance.
The only downsides:
- quite aggressive sandflies at the beach (not fault of host)
- for us the beds were way too hard

Alltogether a perfect selection for a family vacation

Beautifully situated and clean self-catering accomodation directly at the beach

Location is great near ocean, garden with swimpool beautiful. Beach ⛱️ is long and flat for walking and running. So many crabs around 😃 Kayaking around nearest small island is amazing.

Staff is friendly, always want to help. Bottle of wine and fruits complimentary when we arrived. In house all equipment, include coffee machine Nespresso.

Bright 🌞 spot on the ocean's shore

Stayed here just before Christmas for 2022 and had fantastic weather. Beach was incredible and chalets had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Gorgeous up to date modern amenities with fast Wi-Fi, great pool, free use kayaks and paddle boards and of course, the most gorgeous beach in Seychelles. Loved it and Annia (the manager) made our stay unforgettable

Gorgeous location and beautiful cottages on the beach

Annia is the nicest hotel manager we have ever met! She will really go the lengths for making your stay the best. The place was also super nice, and so spacious! Also super clean and great wifi. The pool is not the biggest, but it was perfect and even heated which was nice in the evening, and the beach is amazing. They also have kajaks you can use for free! The only regret we have was not staying here longer.

The nicest hotel Manager

The chalets are perfectly situated in a tropical garden next to the beautiful beach. They are equipped with everything you need. Annia and the whole staff are super friendly and helpful. A short walk brings you to shops and restaurants. Who is not happy here is not happy anywhere. Canˋt wail to go back.

Little paradise

Perfect spot, these ten villa situated around a smallish pool.
Apartments are well fitted and include fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker (bring capsules with you). We didn't cook but made breakfast and sometimes lunch (again worth bring a few items from home).
Beds were very firm and aircon helped a lot (only in bedroom)

Excellent apartments

The chalets are well put together with spacious bathroom, bedroom and living area. All have decent furnishings, but not luxurious. The bed is very hard, the pillows are tired. Air con is only in the bedroom so the bathroom and living area are very stuffy or if you have the doors open you are inundated with the local bugs. The pool is fine, a little tired, if the place is quiet, otherwise it's too small for the ten rooms as the sea and beach are not good for swimming or sitting on. Very rough and murky in January, so much so we couldn't use the kayaks. The terrace is pleasant to sit on, we like dogs so didnt mind the ones coming to see us, but some people were throwing water to get them to leave. Over all the place is fine for a couple of nights but it's not a luxury place. We've never had so many bites and not all from sand flies...

Pleasant 

This was one of our nicest stays in the seychelles. The apartments are extremely comfortable right on one of the best beaches in praslin. Annia the host is more then accommodating and extremely friendly. The town is a few minutes walk to some ice restaurants also. I would stay here again 

Excellent apartments in a great location

Spent 4 nights here over the Christmas holiday. Incredibly charming self-catering apartments in an excellent location for shops and restaurants. Beachfront—and super laid back environment. Apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Annia and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive. We loved it!
