We reserved this place through our timeshare. Had two rooms - 1BR and a 2BR for our group. The 2 BR unit served as our main unit for family gathering and was large enough for all 7 adults without feeling like we were stepping on each other. The terrace/rooftop for our unit was very large and provided a beautiful view of the oceanfront. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. It was the best part of the unit!  The resort was well kept and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Excellent location and view.

We loved the location, right on the beach; we loved all the local restaurants and shops within walking distance; we loved the beach with its clean, clear waters; and we loved the reggae vibe throughout this part of Sint Maarten. Very relaxing and accommodating. 

The One Love Vibe is Real

These are great condos that have all the amenities you could need. Full kitchen, grocery store and liquor stores right down the boardwalk. Building is right on the beach and on the boardwalk. Staff was extremely helpful and the Pink Pearl Chinese restaurant off the lobby has excellent food. A special shout-out to Crystal who was very generous. $20 cab ride from the airport right in downtown Philipsburg. Highly recommend.

Great stay

A very well located place on the board walk with multiple restaurants in the immediate vicinity.  Was given a ocean front room with a large lanai - spacious and well equipped kitchen with two bathrooms. It was a happy place. Great walking from the hotel to other beaches or to some of the coastal hikes like the “ Devil’s Cupper” . 

Great location - Great Value

We just returned from our 4 th trip to Sea Palace  this year.What makes this resort stand out is their outstanding staff and the quality of Customer Service! Nothing is too much trouble…( thank you Delvina and Rashad)
The Condo units are spacious and most are oceanfront or ocean view with full kitchens and washer/ dryers.The Ac and Wi-Fi both were excellent.
In the spring of 2023, Sasha became the new Manager.She has already made some promising changes.( hosting vendor breakfasts,more beach amenities ,maintanence and grounds staff constantly cleaning and upgrading!).Sasha is extremely approachable  and is happy to insure you have a great vacation.Sea Palace is in a great location and has a beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed!

The Sea Palace was wonderful! This is one of my best vacations. It’s at the end of the boardwalk, but very convenient to walk everywhere I would recommend this place to everybody. The people are so friendly and nice. next-door is the love boat restaurant I can’t say enough about them. Jimmy, from the love boat restaurant was outstanding, he even served us breakfast on the beach along with drinks. The pink pearl restaurant downstairs at the sea palace is amazing as well. If you eat at the pink pearl Crystal will cater to you. She always has such a smile on her face. If you need transportation, happy, Harold will be happy to help you and he has a great tour of the island. And I can’t say enough about Laura. She was amazing with helping us with whatever we wanted throughout the week. We met so many people at the sea palace will definitely go back.

Amazing Vacation

local bus safe once experienced- cheaper than Taxi, airconditioned, interact with local, friendly Caribbeans culture for excursion to french side- Marigot.
Try the local ferry to  expensive St. Barts( 45 min)- pack a picnic-lunch if want to keep cost down, Anguilla ( 30 min),
Dance on the boardwalk to steel drums infront of courthouse, Eat the local johnny cakes- chicken was delicious.

This resort is lovely.  The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bonus is having a washer and dryer.  The staff are very kind and accommodating.  The location is perfect for either shopping or strolling on the boardwalk.  

Beautiful view to the open sea

We loved the Sea Palace Resort.  Friendly staff, super clean rooms with lots of space and right on beautiful great bay beach in Phillipsburg.  Also, The Love Boat restaurant next door has awesome food and specialty drinks made with fresh sorbet.  Can't wait to go back

Sea Place Resort is Awesome

The location was great. The rooms were very clean. The service was excellent. We were here the last week of November going into December. The area was not real busy. It was fun in the morning to have coffee on the balcony and watch the ships come in and at night have a glass of wine and watch them go out. It was a very relaxing vacation. Driving around here though was a bit stressful. The roads are very narrow and busy.  It was an excellent vacation.
