Hotel is spotless! Very clean, very close to city downtown! It has private parking but you cant park huge car.. I barely made it with 2013 VW CC! So anything wider than that will not make it... They make breakfast just for you, food doesnt sit there for hours! Staff could be more friendly than it is.. Rooms are soundproof so you will not hear anyone next door or traffic outside. Will stay there again! 

Great

The hotel is located just next to the university I visited. Rooms are very big, also the bathroom. Good wi-fi and air-con in the room. The ladies at the reception spoke English. 

The breakfast is a bit strange with limited selection of food, and no common language with the staff. 

I would have liked that there was a firealarm in the rooms and also some kind of evacuation plan, as I suppose this is normal standard in hotels in Europe.

Billa supermarket just around the corner. 15 min walk to the old town.

Decent quality vs. price 

Centrally located but on quiet side road.Big room for money ideal for people with allergies.Breakfast served in side building.They serve even Svijany beer except sundays at the same place.Tramn nr 2 to and from train station.Tram 8 or 5 city centre.Nice reception.No negatives.

Enviromentally friendly

We stayed here for three nights during a conference.We were not given the same room with my colleague. The reason was that we were asked to share rooms with another participants of the conference  (one man, one woman). My roommate arrived later, her did not arrive at all - and we both had to pay for a single room (I for one night, she for all three) even if we did not asked for it and we would have gladly shared one two-bed room. In total, we paid some 32 € more for nothing.
The receptionist was very arrogant and just said it is not her problem that the other persons did not arrive.
Apart from this, the hotel is rather good, quite close to the city center. The rooms are spacious but those facing the street are quite noisy.
