- receptionist did not recpect a guest privacy
- receptionist was not very accommodating
- wellness for money and charging for selling wellness slippers
- breakfast was to order and was shocking
- service in total is not good at all
- room could be cleaner, dust and hair everywhere !
- water preasure in shower was not strong enough
- wodden stairs coming from reception to first floor to rooms is too noisy

+ central heating was working very well
+ free parking and free wi-fi
+ the bed was rather comfortable

need bigger attention to guests needs and cleanless of the room

We went with minimal wife to a family party to the east of Slovakia. Literally 6.5 hrs in the car, 15 kids from 3-6 years having fun at the grandparents, lots of questions asked, You can imagine how exhausted we came into the hotel. We made the booking thru booking.com, 50€ "appartment" for 2 incl. breakfast.
There was a party in the evening in the hotel. The reception was not manned and we waited for a while...fine, that can happen.. we paid right away with a credit card and went into the room. 
After opening (it was the last room available) a stench went into our noses, that was a mixture of humidity and high temperature of closed windows, that room was obviously not used for a longer time.
So we opened windows in both "rooms" of our "appartment" that was in size not bigger as a inside part of a small van.
TV had only a few stations, all others blocked as pay TV package.
As the night table was some 30 cm higher that the bed and put right next to the bed (see the bedroom pic) I had the pleasure to hit my head against the edge during the night...
Morning we went to breakfast... no bufet as in normal hotels, we have a chance to order from menu 4 types of breakfast.  All with white bread and bacon. One was with sugar flakes. For a vegetarian, that does not eat meat and white bread is not a way to dine.
No fruits or vegetables available... and a second ago a second waiter came in asking what we have ordered, as the first one 13 minutes ago did not order in kitchen...
Frustrating leaving this pension, next time we will end up in a chain hotel for sure...Avoid this establishment if possible for future...

Very bad experience - not recommended

This place is brand new - I think it opened last year - so it is clean and fresh. We have spent one night there, with no time for wellness and spa, so we can comment on accomodation only, The room we had was really a little apartment, with a bedroom and a living room, equipped with a fridge, which we really appreciated. Beds were comfy and rooms spotlessly clean. There are 4 breakfast options to choose from - for me the best and the biggest at the same time is an option with cheese, ham and egg. There is a restaurant in place where you can have a lunch and dinner, as well as some local Tokaj wines - which is helpful, as the Penzion is practically in the middle of nowhere and there is no other restaurant within the walking distance. The Penzion is situated near the main road, which might be a problem for light sleepers.
