We found this place on booking.com however we decided to drive there without reservation as me and my gf were in betliar which is literaly around 8km away.this place is situated in alittle village called brzotin 4km from roznava town.nice untouchable nature around good for hiking,cyckling and maybe horseback riding.we asked for one double room for one night and decided to stay but the girl at the restaurant told us that we could not pay by card for the room only for food and drinks and told us to go and get some cash to the town and make sure we pay until 10pm.I offered to make reservation via booking.com on the spot but she told us room would not be guaranted hence paying by cash would be the only option.we decided to drive back to roznava and get some cash fromthe atm.we got back and paid got the room and wanted spend some time at the local wellness with massage if possible.the other girl working directly at the hotel told us that massage is not available.there was no one available to massage.5 minutes later it was possible to get 60 minute massage.at the end the massage lasted for 45 minutes but I paid for 60.honestly we did not expected much for 15 euros .we went to wellness after and I got told by my girlfriend that this was another 20 euros for both us for 2 hours, also the lady from the reception came and switched off the sauna at around 8pm as they probably trying to save electricity.noone had informed us before taking the room about any aditional payments.this was also possible to pay by cash only.room itself quite clean but no nets on the windows and balcony doors so expect mosquitos and  flies in your room.also barking dogs during the night almost whole night.next morning the breakfast at extra cost again and the girl who served us disappeared after serving us simply she had left the place in her car and we did not know who to deal with anymore.finaly we managed to meet the owner and pass her our complains , seemed to be very nice lady however our feeling was that she runs the bussiness with temporary emploees who dont have proper experiences ,or who come there just to spend time away from home.also the place needs to be maintained  and some investmens need to be done to fix few things.
All the emploees we talked to were very defensive and kept saying we dont know we just work here and we dont get paid enough.other then that food was ok prices for food and drinks ok, the restaurant closes at 10pm,a few tipsy local people but no harm to anyone,the place seemed to be a bit chaotic but good for family with kids maybe who want to spend weekend away from busy towns and cities.however I do recommend to check other places before as they may be much nicer and better with proper customer service as you want to relax and not spend your vacation by looking for atm and trying to get some other stuff you paid for.
