Near the center, easy to reach. Private parking available – max 6 cars. Small garden, possibility to sit outside. Large room with a double bed and a normal bed. Table, fridge, TV, electric kettle. Shower, toilet. Clean, nice. Possibility to have breakfast prepared by the owner without choice, but correct. On a working days there is a breakfast restaurant 2 minutes far. In the same complex there is a restaurant with a wide range of dishes (not only Pizza). The main square is a 10-minute walk away. There you can find another restaurants. Wifi was not working first day, next days it was correct. No air conditioning. At the time of the great heat, it was missing.

It surpassed my expectations

Stayed for 2 nights, booked for me by a local friend.
The room is fine, with spacious bathroom.
I found the room too warm (despite being cold outside), so had to open the windows.
The wifi was intermittent, sometimes ok, sometimes no good at all.
Breakfast is provided, but you are not asked about choices - just given what they prepare. It's ok though.
Next door there's a restaurant/bar, useful for eating out.
The central square isn't too far to walk to.
And it's very good value, no complaints there.

Convenient, good price

The guest house was very nice, both as a structure and as rooms, very spacious and beautiful. We were on the ground floor, with so many tables and chairs to enjoy a little garden.

The perfect choice

There are places that are only excellent. This place is more than that: it is perfect. The building and its interior is mint new and even smells new. Everything is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacey and there are a lots of loading possibilities, there is even a garderobe room. The breakfast is generous and diversified, definitely worth asking for. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The pizzeria next door is also worth a visit.

Simply perfect

I had been travelling with my wife from Vienna through Slovakia and found this little gem of a place, it has great access for the car with also private gate so your care is not on the street. It is connected to a pizzeria which is a 30 metre walk for dinner or lunch if needed and also a few mins walk to the town square .. The rooms are nice you have free wifi , showers bedding and tv with fridge they also give you a welcoming chocolate on your pillow which is very nice.  Great stop and if I go back will stay here again

Great place to stay if your visiting Roznava.

I liked everything about this place. The location is very good, walking distance to the centre of the town. The room itself was spacious and very clean, quiet, overlooking a lovely garden. Free private parking is also available. There is a very good pizzeria just next door, good value for money and really delicious. The owner is extremely helpful and lovely. Totally recommended.

Fantastic place to stay in Roznava, great location and super lovely host

A very good penzion where the manager gets in four to satisfy you. An ideal base camp to discover the wonders of Slovak karst and more generally southern eastern Slovakia (Levoca and Kosice are less than 1:30 am) or even northern Hungary. The adjacent pizzeria offers a quick (and smiling solution as always in Slovakia) solution for dinner until 23:00.

Rožnjava is not very attractive, but it is interesting to spend some time in the city. The provincial city of southeastern Slovakia. Penzion Areal Zamma is perfect for this.

Good apartments.

The room is spacious, comfortable, fresh and with an independent entrance and cabinet. The beds are very comfortable; the bathroom is spacious and clean. There is the boiler, refrigerator and free wifi. The breakfast (sweet and salty) is very clean and abundant for only 4€. You can also eat well at moderate prices.
