We were group of 48 people. We had meeting in this hotel. Meal in hotel restaurnat was fantastic and very tasty. Hotel arranged two men with harmonica for our meeting. Mood was very good. The staff of this hotel was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Wellness is very good. Two swimming pools outside. One inside.   I would like to recommend this hotel to all people for relax, meeting or bussiness.  We were very happy and satisfied. 

Relax in amazing place

Modern function rooms offer variable settings for various meetings. Modern, very clean, HQ materials. Wellness and outdoor pool. Nice surroundings for walking, hiking, MTB... and alpine skiing. Food was tasty. 
The road leading from village needs maintenance.

Very good spot for smaller conventions

I read almost all reviews here and I am little bit confused because our experience is very different. Of course in 4* hotel we expect some standards but when you buy discounted voucher you have to accept all conditions. As we were informed hotel was after reconstruction but we couldn't compare it because of our first stay there. We had standard double bed room with balcony. Room was clean well equipped but we missed kettle. During three day stay we had a half pension so that we had a chance to taste different meals each day. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Restaurant also offers launch menu which was also fine. We also enjoyed hotel wellness with pool, jacuzzi, and its interior is quite big enough. Also sauna and relaxing room were nice and we spent pretty relax time there. We can recommend hotel services also in out of high season. PS: 4 from 5 due to some details but not important in my review.

First time, good experience

Actually staying at this hotel. Worse than ac night mare. Loud  music coming to room cause of some kind of disco. The worst bed I have ever been lying on. I really don't understand why the owners gave so much money to recostruction ( hotel was beautiful also before) when they haven't changed the old beds. Horrible squeaking, can't sleep.

Dissapointment

A hotel with a great position,the best time for  visiting is winter because of great ski opportunities. The food is great, have been there twice and planning to go there next 2 times,  but the price is really too expensive, more expensive than hotels of the same categories in High Tatras or even in UAE in Dubai.  I think they will do smth with prices...

Very good hotel but too expensive

The hotel is situated in beautiful valley , just next the ski lift in Snowland (Malá Fatra mountains). Very friendly desk and restaurant staff, tasty food (bfast and dinner buffet). The selection was not that huge, probably due  to non high season. Spacious room and balcony, cleanliness should be improved though. Dust buildup on cabinets, broken spotlight in the bathroom and leaking water battery in the shower cabinet. The hotel offers spa for payment.There are 4 saunas, 2 of them were non functional, mosaic in the steam sauna is falling down and could eventually hurt someone. Foul smelling spa area, too much chlorine. 

Nice hotel, amazing location, maintenance could be improved

We happen to be in the area again vacationing with our kids.  On the first day we decided to go to Impozant for breakfast.  Let me tell you -- it was one of the worst experiences over a very long time.  We came at around 09:00am (July 7th -- info for the manager so that he can identify the shift and hopefully make improvements), though the place was just 50% busy there were no freshly set up tables with cutlery (4 star hotel???), we had to get stuff ourselves. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for the waiter to be able to order a coffee. No wonder, as he was chatting at the main reception (blond/short hair, cheeky looking guy).  Sausages were super cold, not a single egg was there, last two rolls, in general the selection was very limited (we paid 22.95 eur for 3 people -- totally not worth the price, just go check out Hotel Partizan, Tale to see what value you get for your money).  At the end, I asked the blond waiter for the receipt, yet again had to wait for 15 minutes and reiterate to him. Service was really mediocre.  Also the toilets by the reception were very stinky (after pee). My daughter did not even want to enter the space due to the smell.  Impozant you can only dream of 4 stars. Our breakwast was crazy at your place and definitely the last one.

Visited again and what a disaster

We took our kids for a weekend trip over to Valca.  They really liked the wellness area, it is however quite small - just two whirpools and and one swimming pool (with counter flow turbine).  There is nice playground for children in front of the hotel, you can also rent bikes, there is an animation team (during the summer months I guess). We like the a'la carte food in the restaurant that we prefered over the "buffet" because we found it too plain with weak selections.  A'la cart food was great, a bit pricy for the place but hey , you are in vacation.  Breafast were ok but next time I would prefer eating over in "Humno" which is also a great place nearby.

Good job but do more to reach your potential

absolutely close to ski slopes with convenient ski room. That´s the best part about it. Food OK, rooms also OK. During our stay we had some misunderstandings with the personnel but every time we got a little mad about it, another member of the staff did anything else to fix the hotel´s reputation. So, overall OK.
