Booked this hostel as it was the cheapest going, but did not expect its staff and facilities to be so bad. 
We arrived and were put in one room and so unpacked etc. When we returned the next day there was a notice on reception saying staff had moved all of our belongings to a different room without our consent or knowledge. We got to the new room and our belongings were all over the floor and it took us a while to make sure all of our stuff was still there. 
We had also bought food to cook in the kitchen. We were not made aware until we went next door to Bled Tours (who work in conjunction with the hostel staff we think as there is never actually anyone at the hostel desk) and asked if the hob worked. We were told there was an electrical fault and it would be fixed in two days. On our last day we heard staff telling other guests it will be fixed tomorrow. 
Staff at the hostel are rude too, the woman who we presume is the manager was hostile and made us feel as though we were always doing something wrong. We were cooking onion in the microwave and she stopped the microwave to see what we were cooking and left it, without turning it back on. She then proceeded to spray air freshener and complain about the smell. 
Best part of Hacienda was leaving it.

All-round poor, staff and facilities bad

This hostel is nothing like the pictures. In the pictures there are flowers and paintings on the wall, very cosy. But it was really nothing like this. We had to wait half an hour for the lady because there was no one there. The first day and night the heating wasn't even on so it was freezing cold. We were all alone in the hostel for three days, no one at the reception. The only people we saw were taxi drivers from their taxi company who came in to pee in the shared bathroom. Awfull bathroom, 10minutes of warm water.

Cold hostel nothing like the pictures

This is a great little hostel in Lake Bled, it is around 10 minutes walk to Bled town and super close to all the action! The staff are so lovely, they collected myself and my friend from the train station and dropped us off again completely free of charge. The lovely housekeeper offered my friend and I fresh croissants and provided us with all the information and guidance we needed and we were always met with a smile! The place is spotless and when I visit Bled again, I will be happy to stay here!

Friendly stuff, very close to the lake! You can get 10% discount when you book with Bled tours for Canyoning, Rafting, Horse riding.. If you are staying in this hotel (same company).

The rooms was fine, one kitchen and one bathrooms for all the rooms!
We arrived after the check in regular time and there was no one in the reception but I found a note near the Bell to call them, and indeed in couple of minutes one of the stuff arrived.
