 Very nice apartment. Enough space. Apartment is in city center, you can come with the car to the apartment to drop off your bags and then park it in the nearest parking garage for free and then you can take a free bus back to the city (1min drive). The staff is very nice and helpful. Thumbs up. :)

3 day of relaxing 

Stayed here 4 nights in a studio apartment with a double bed + a sofa bed. Though for a short stay this apartment isn't bad, when you stay 3+ days, some drawbacks become more evident. But some of them can be corrected by the owners, so things can be improved. 
First, the positive points:
+  The room is spacious and clean, the bed and the sofa are comfortable, linen and pillows are good. + Air-conditioning is very efficient and the unit is placed properly, so it doesn't blow at anybody's bed. + Well-equipped kitchen corner, cutlery, dishes, glasses... Everything! + You live in a house in the old part of the town, so you can feel the history. If you come by bus, it's very convenient to get to the apartment. + Friendly staff + Price is reasonable. Generally, this accommodation is more suitable for a short stay.
What we didn't like:
- The bathroom is tiny and the shower doors don't close properly. You're given 2 towels specially for the floor, but after 3 people take a shower, these towels get totally wet, and by the 3rd day they are not only wet, they are dirty and smelly. - We got only 1 big towel per person. No change. - Cleaning wasn't supposed, so clear instructions are needed what to do with garbage. - The problem of the whole town is that in the hot season it's terribly stuffy and smells of fish all day long. So, don't dream of airing the room: you'll get this smell and the hum of your neighbours' conditioner as well. - There is a door (locked) to the adjacent apartment, so you hear your neighbours. - Very little natural light in the apartment, no view at all.
Generally, I think now this apartment is more suitable for shorter stays than ours. Adding more towels, repairing the shower, improving cleaning, making inner sound insulation better will definitely make it more comfortable.

Don't stay too long...

Although the room was large and clean and in a central location, I would not stay here again based on the following:
1) Our room (number 3) had a door which connected to room 4. The door is extremely thin and provides no soundproofing whatsoever. The group staying next to us had two young children and they were extremely loud and kept us awake at night (very frustrating when you have to wake up at 5am for a flight!). 
2) The shower leaked whenever either of us had a shower and would flood the entire bathroom. Upon reading other reviews, this is not a new issue and nothing has been done to rectify this. 
3) The room has very little natural lighting.
4) The check-in process is extremely cumbersome. 
5) The host failed to explain to how to use the parking key properly which resulted in us being charged twice (18 euro by the property and 34 euro by the parking lot). This is extremely frustrating as the issue occurred because of information omitted by the reception manager Luka. 

It's a clean apartment with all the amenities it needs, 2 minutes from downtown and the prices are very honest, I recommend a weekend or a week in Piranha.

We have had a nice stay in Pacha Mama Pleasant Stay Piran - Fonda House apartment. In the apartment we felt like at home. It was very cosy, nice and comfortable. Me and my friends enjoy it very much. I recommend this acomodation very much. You will get a realy nice stay, for a very good price. Enjoy, like we did. :)

Apartments Fonda House Piran - my opinion

Modern apartment, bright, clean and equipped with every comfort. Located in a vicious characteristic of the historic center. Gentle and available managers. N.b. Pirano is prohibited from vehicle traffic so the municipal parking is about 500 meters away and costs 17€ per day.

That's great!

The apartment is modern and well decorated. It is very central, you have everything close by. It is very good for coming with children of any age. The reception is very pleasant. The site is well worth it. I recommend it!!

Wonderful and wonderful.

We stayed at the top two floors. 
Everything was clean and nice and it was very central to the city center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. 
The keys was to be picked up 5 min walk from the apartment, and was easy to find.
We would definitely stay there again.
The only but was that it was a quite thin door to the next door apartment, so it could probably be a little noisy if they were loud (which in our case, they weren't).
