Contact me on the phone on 15.04.2023 and tell me that if I take the apartment directly from them and without going to Booking.com they would give me a 20% discount because doing so would avoid Booking.com's expenses. The next day, to make it official, I send him an email with the dates and type of request. They reply to me by email by sending me an attached quote without discounts and at a full price! (more than Booking.com).

This is a completely negative experience!

The appartment was very clean and modern. We liked the AC, fully equipped kitchen and the shade of the park. The receptionist was very helpful. The way through the park to the beach is nice and not very far.

Lovely modern apartment with everything we wanted.
Apartment up abit of a hill, but bus stop is only 10 mins if that away plus they have plenty of car parking spaces.

Apartment was very clean and we had a nice little balcony. The reception was very friendly and couldnt be more helpful. This place is a nice walk from Piran, and an easy ten minute walk from portoroz. 

Would recommend to couples and families.

Lovely apartment in Portoroz

This was our first vacation with our baby girl and we had a really wonderfull time. We have already visited Portoroz a few years ago(in a beach hotel), but now we thought apartment is a better idea since we travel with a little baby. And we were not wrong. We are really satisfied. Everything was nice, clean, comfortable so we all enjoyed. I recommend this property to everyone..it is family friendly, and also a good choice for young people who love nature and fresh air. Room were clean and nice, cleaning lady clean after 3 days, change towels, charge shampoo and soap if there is a need. Also, the sheets were changed. They gave us the key to use a laundry room, what was really helpful. 
We are grateful to Urša, who made our stay great, and surely we will come back here.

Really great

Within easy walking distance from the centre and a friendly staff make this an acceptable place to stay, but don't expect to sleep in undisturbed past 0730. The walls are thin and the laundry room is noisy. 
An added bonus being a neighbour renovation. Clunk, bang, whhrrrrr, blah, blah blah. 
The sheets and towels seemed clean. The bathroom lacks working ventilation, so mold and pink slime decorated the tiles and toilet. It could use a steam cleaning. 



Friendly, good location, noisy 

We had the smaller apartment on the ground floor with an adjoining garden and terrace. It was located a little higher with a partial view of the Adriatic. A road leads about 500 m into the area. Even for non-sporty people, it is convenient to walk. Since there are only paid parking spaces in the area, it is advisable to leave the car on a guarded plot. You can comfortably take public transport to Piran or Izola, or walk along the promenade. On the promenade, just outside Piran, there is a free shuttle bus that goes to the center and has short intervals. Also, the nearby small but well-maintained pizzeria restaurant is perfectly located, where you can also enjoy everything, including the freshness and freshness of the sea, and you can also enjoy the best of the best of the best in the city.

Top Apartment

We, family with 2 teenagers, arrived at the end of the afternoon. Apartment has signs out where you are allowed to park. Guy at the reception was very friendly. Instead of going through the whole checkin procedure he first brought us to our apartment and told us to come back when we were ready. Apartment has two bedrooms. Children had there own bed. Rooms are not very big. Bath room was clean and had shower with shower curtain. Living room has couch, dining table and kitchen with ceramic stove. TV had many different channels and we were able to watch the Premier League. Outside there is a nice quiet, sitting area in the shade. Only negative were the steep steps coming back from the boulevard..

Nice apartment

It's a bit far from downtown, at the top but you can access it through a staircase and in 5 minutes you'll be on the beach. It's uncomfortable if you take a stroller but accessible by walking. It has the advantage of being able to forget about the car or parking spaces 24 hours a day. We were given an apartment with an independent living room even though we had rebuilt a studio. It's spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated, impeccable and new. The large and comfortable bed and shutters in the room...breakfast very soon so it's important. The kitchen is small but equipped, even without oven or microwave. The reception girl was lovely and gave us a lot of tips about the area. As a single negative point, between flowers and nature, we find some mosquitoes...not a single one of them getting ready for a pulse.

Team of Forgotten garden, made our stay memorable and comfortable. Grega was a perfect host, and give a lot of usefoul information where to go, and spend some nice time. Especially he know’s all the good restaurants :)

Room was tidy and clean. We will be back for sure. 


Nice stay 

We stayed a couple of nights in a triple room, the room was clean, the furniture was new, the attention was very friendly, the price-quality ratio was excellent, the location, although not on the beach front, is easily accessible (through a long staircase) to the beach.
