This has to be the best place to eat breakfast .
By far superior to all the other places in Sea Point 
Skoon being the worst .
Portion size and quality is excellent. 
Definitely give it a try. Everything you want in abundance .
I I would go back  Definitely. 

Outstanding breakfast 

Fortunately we only needed a place to sleep and shower. If I had to stay a second night,  we would have moved to somewhere else. TV could not switch on. Hairdryer did not have an adapter. Bed lamps did not work. It was not clean.A Room safe without a key. The kitchen and bathroom had net curtains that was not wide enough for the windows. I can go on and on..

Nothing  good to say about this place

We stayed in these apartments March 2017 for a week on recommendation of a bussiness friend.

We especially asked, as we were arriving by car from Namibia on Sunday if there would be someone to meet us and check us in.  When we arrived the doors were shut and no one around to meet us.  Thats how it started........  Then the cleaning lady appeared and said that the lady who would check us in would be coming soon !??

After about twenty mins she appeared and checked us in which was fine.

The apartment is very basic with antiquated furniture and fittings and not very clean at all !!  The bathroom fittings are really old and the shower is a hand held shower of the plastic bath.  This was irritating for me as it was extremely slippery and the danger of falling is a real problem.

Parking , we were told, was an underground, secure parking but turned out to be just an open parking at the back of the building.

The area is not at all good with lots of clubs and lots of noise at night and police sirens forever present !!

The receptionist/manager is never at the reception should you require something.

Not up to stadard at all and we are certainly not snobs, but expect a minimum, decent, standar.

Not sure this is the correct apartment. Seems to be different ones. But 8 Vesperdene Road is correct!

The furniture were bit worn. But all CLEAN! We appreciate that! Enough kitchen, the bed comfortable, clean fully working shower. Wonderful with private parking! Balcony small, but enough and so nice!

Location super! But think the wonderful nice female owner sold it while we were there.
Worth every penny because so cheap!

Worth the money!

We arrived to find out that we had to drive 40mins to pick up our keys, then found out that we had been checked into the wrong room and they said we had to return the wrong paperwork they gave us. Like it was our fault. They lied about having free wifi and I emailed them 3 times asking for help and no one bother to respond. Heaps better places to stay. Don't waste your time or money in Cape Town

Don't waste your money

I made the reservation based on the photos on the website, when I got to the room to see it was completely different. The common area was very ugly. I ended up not staying because I found it misleading advertising. I don't recommend unless you have a budget to pay a little bit more to stay in something better.

Horrible.

We took 3 data as we were 3 families. There was only a misunderstanding at the beginning as they had made the reservation of a single apartment a number of the three families. Very quickly it was resolved and we were located in the reserved departments. While the units are not very large the distribution is good and very well furnished and the decoration very beautiful. I think it is a good place to base and tour Cape Town and its surroundings.

A good place to stop.

Comfortable apartment in Cape Town, very spacious, with a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen equipped, apartment included a private, covered-box parking lot, 24-hour security but not on Sundays.

Apartment in Capetown

We were looking for a hotel not too far from the waterfront. If you're like us, I wouldn't choose this hotel. Renting a car and going to Green Point. The hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront, but the apartment is old and poorly maintained. A renovation would be welcome. I had to shoulder the door open. Not terrible as a start. The room is fine but the bathroom and bathroom should be remodeled.

Avoid it if you can

If you want comfortable and affordable accommodation in a central area of Cape Town this may be the right choice. It is a 40 sqm apartment located in the Green Point area, a 20-minute walk from the City Bowl and about 10 minutes from the V&A Waterfront, the city's main tourist hub. The apartment is ultra-smart, very well-tended in detail, consisting of a single day-night environment including a kitchen with a peninsula for lunch, a sofa bed, a balcony with pleasant views over the harbour and the hill. It is completely complete with a bathtub.
