This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Totalstay Group will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
