The room where you set up three people was disgusting and a health hazard. Let me explain.
- Mosquito infested pond outside the room (pictures included). The room had no AC which you would think the room would have mosquito nets to be able to sleep with the doors or windows open. That was not the case, nights were awful. No AC flow and no option to open the doors or windows due to Mosquitos. 
- Braker panel for electricity next to the shower with no cover. This is insane and beyond dangerous. We had to shower upstairs in our buddies rooms. Pictures also included and I also have videos which I will submit if airbnb allows.
- Broken cabinets in the room with pictures included. Cockroaches infested rooms. Since everything is open and their are no nets or net sliding doors everything gets in especially mosquitos.
- Furniture is broken and disgusting as per picture.

3. The pool was out of service, in your listing you state furniture to lay out by the pool and a working and clean pool. The pool was disgusting and non-useable. Other pools in the area are working and functional. I checkout other airbnbs and they had working pools. 

Simply her listing is a complete scam. Save the headaches and stay elsewhere. These were just come of the issue we had with Simone

Horrible stay, horrible owner. Do not stay at this location

you will be extremely sorry if you stay here.  dirty, dank, dingy, dumpy, foul and very nasty and thats just the owner.

the place is very misrepresented.  very far from anything, rundown, should be condemmed, probably violates every health code law.

rooms dumpy, view is good but so is view from Alcatraz and Alcatraz has better living confitions.

Simona is a warm and welcoming hostess that makes you feel at home upon the first second she met you. Her hospitality goes beyond expectation! Thank you Simona for making my stay a memorable one! The view from the Villa is absolutely breathtaking!

My Night  at Villa Simona

We made a great mistake and booked Villa Simona without reading previous reviews. On arrival we tried to cancel our stay as the smell of rising damp hit us when we opened our room door . After a lot of arguing with Simona she would not refund us and left we did not see her or anyone in management again for our 4 day stay ,she even ignored our phone calls . We experienced mice ,ants and Cockroaches in our room  the pool was filthy we removed the pool cleaning equipment from in the pool and Simona sent us a threatening text which began, if you damage my  property she Wes watching us through her security cameras but still would not come and see us or meet us .We tried to get a refund through booking.com but they wouldn't listen . The is nothing nice about this run down hotel and perhaps this aggressive land lady Simona needs tying up to the dog kennel in the frount garden to guard this derelict property.

Please stay away

We have just spent 4 days in this horrible damp smelly hotel with mice ants and cockroaches all of which I have photographed in the bedroom.After asking for a refund on arrival Simona refused and we never saw her again for the whole stay . We spent the 4 days with only a pool man who took no responsibility for our stay and Simona not answering her phone . The are a lot more horrible things I could say about this hotel and owner but please read the other reviews and stay away . I will try and add photos of the mice in our bedroom in my picture .
