We had a wonderful stay at the Vista. The view is absolutely stunning and it feels like one is planted directly into nature, due to the fact that there are no houses close to the property. Ian the owner, a real character, has build himself beautiful stay. Sia the facility manager is also a true gentleman. The place is kept very clean and offers much privacy, calmness and nature to properly relax. I can highly recommend a stay!

Peace and Tranquility

The view from our apartment across Groot Constantia vineyards and to the mountains was breath-taking. It was perfect for our family as each couple had their own apartment. Kitchen area was ideal, although we rarely cooked. We did braai on the gas braai, which worked well. We were able to do our own washing too. We weren't disturbed by Ian, and Gladys cleaned our room daily without us being disturbed at all. Located near to the Constantia shopping centre, we could stock up on supplies when we needed. The accommodation was secure and we had parking for all three cars.

A tranquil spot

On arrival you are greeted by an extremely friendly host, Ian. The rooms are of a very high standard and have everything you can think of. It was an amazing and comfortable few days at Constantia Vista. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home

Thanks, Ian; I would unhesitatingly recommend this place, and will definitely book again. 

Such a peaceful location, with amazing views. A spotlessly clean, spacious unit with friendly staff and two very sweet elderly dogs. I felt comfortable and at home the minute I walked in.

Very comfortable bed, but...
- New 100% cotton bedding, please! Poly-cotton sheets and pillowcases belong in granny's house. 
- New pillows, please! They're a bit flat and tired.

Peaceful, spacious, welcoming

Constantia Vista is an absolute delight.  The property is set on the hllside with magnificent views of the wine farms, the. mountains and the sea in the distance.  There are six apartments set in the glorious garden with three swimming pools to share.  Our apartment was spacious, spotless and very comfortable.  The staff go the extra mile for everything and it is fullly equipped with everything you would need.  You need a car to make the stay easy to navigate.  Highly recommended as probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in while visiting South Africa.

Paradise

Our second visit to Constantia Vista, and we have already booked for 2024. Our host and his staff gave superb service during our months stay, and nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment had a wonderful view over the vineyards and there was a BBQ on the balcony. The accommodation is well placed  for access to Cape Town and the Waterfront. For Golfers there are 3 courses within easy reach  of the accommodation.

Great stay at Constantia Vista

The view from the balcony is amazing.  The apartments are well stocked and clean.  The host and staff are on site, friendly and accommodating.  They have installed solar power, battery back up, so that you are never without power.  The wifi is strong and speed is good also.  The rates are very reasonable.  I didn't rent a car, found it cheaper to Uber wherever we go.

Wonderful stay!

The view is amazing!  The host, Ian and all his staff are gracious and accommodating.  The rooms are beautiful and well stocked.  Our friends and I have had multiple stays here and keep returning.   Easy drive or inexpensive Uber from here to anywhere in Cape Town.

Wonderful serviced apartment set in High Constantia with incredible views from our large balcony of Vineyards and False Bay.
No interruptions from load shedding as the whole premises has inverter and batteries which ensured we always had lighting and power
Owner Ian and staff who live on site always there to help with any small queries.
Definitely back here for next year

Stunning Views of Constantia Vineyards

We had a fabulous 7-nights stay at Constantia Vista. 
At entering the apt. what struck me immediately was how sparkling clean our spacious apartment was. The little touches, a bottle of wine, cold drinks in the fridge, sweets on our pillows, made us feel very welcome. 
This self-catering apartment is well equipped with every need for a comfortable long stay: a real home away from home. 

One of the highlights was certainly the panoramic views and the breathtaking sunrises over the mountains, We also highly enjoyed the quiet and peace of this beautiful place, located on top of a hill. Yet conveniently close to excellent vineyards, restaurants and shopping facilities.

Constantia Vista luckily has solar panels. During load-sheddings the power is being transfered seamless from the solar power system. So, we never had the inconvenience of dealing with power fall-out anymore, a major problem nowadays in South Africa, and this problem will get worse the coming years. 

Last but certainly not least, we were well looked after by Ian and his staff. Ian is a superhost. His warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure, like staying at a friend’s house.

We can highly recommend Constantia Vista  Guesthouse for a spoiled stay. We have just booked our next 30-night stay.
