We had the best time! The house was perfect and the little town is so pretty that you fall in love. The highlight is the attention to details and the unbelievable breakfast! The best we had in the whole vacation across South Africa! 

Lovely town and amazing house!!

A Boat House, is an absolute gem! We had the most wonderful time there, Amanda & Walter were the perfect hosts, they along with Carlos & Trust really looked after us well - thank you! From beautiful decor to amazing views to delicious breakfast, the list can go on and on! Simon's Town is an excellent location to explore the beaches and all the touristy spots and Boat House is simply the best!

An exceptional stay!

Rooms were spotlessly clean. Amanda and Walter were warm and friendly hosts. The view is absolutely beautiful. The house is beautifully furnished and love the concept and design of a boat house which makes you feel like you’re onboard a boat. They have indoor pool and pool table. Breakfast was delicious and there were variety of options.

We loved the Boat House! It truly was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely come back. From the warmth welcome from the hosts, to the rooms, the amazing view and the delicious breakfast — everything was just perfect! ⚓️

BEST BED & BREAKFAST

We loved our stay at A Boat House. We wish we could have stayed longer. Walter and his wife made us feel special, like we were the only ones there. The view of the ocean was great and breakfast was fantastic. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The only recommendation we would have is that having just a curtain separating the toilet from the rest of the room was not private enough, even though we were married., so somehow enclosing this a little better would be helpful. 

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is one of those places where the pictures honestly do not do it justice at all. The first thing that grabs you is the beautiful clean rooms and then you walk onto the balcony and you are greeted by the most amazing view of the ocean. The entire experience at A Boat House is totally 5 star. The owners and staff, the setting, the rooms, the food, and the small touches that go into making the guests stay that extra special. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in CPT.

A Bost House

Great location, great welcome by the host.  Rooms were well appointed, with fabulous views across the bay and very comfortable.  Simonstown is a good location for visiting all around the Cape, yet only an hour from Cape Town.

A comfortable, relaxing stay

Me and my friend absolutely loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and quiet, and the views were amazing. The room was very clean and beautiful and the the breakfast was nice and delicious. The hosts Amanda and Walter were very helpful and extremely nice to us. Very recommended and hope to be back there soon

Loved our stay here

Stunning views of the bay from all levels of the property.  Elevated from the town but an easy (but steep) walk to harbor and center of Simon's Town.
Room was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and well stocked with little extras to make the stay special.
Breakfast is a real highlight with a choice of delicious food, well served by the very likeable hosts and staff.
All around a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Superb Stay in Cape Town

The room was clean and neat with a lovely view. Slightly small for the price they charge.
Rest of the property is good too. There is no lift so it's better to keep your baggage to a minimum.Best part was that they serve breakfast, though it's not a hotel.
