I had a lovely stay @ 325 Leisure Bay Apartment. The apartment has everything you need and more! Loved that the apartment was so clean. The place feels safe and quiet. Stunning views and the balcony is a nice extra. Easy access to the beach. Easy process to book in. I will definitely recommend this apartment and I will definitely go back there. Thank you Cindy  

Awesome Experience and stunning views of the Sea & City. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Cape Town Beachfront Apartments and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing time in Cape Town.  

A Great place to stay

The overall quality of the unit is very good, good quality for money. There was only two things bothering us, the bathroom doors did not close properly, and the bed and cupboard are too close to the curtain, the curtain is constantly in the way.

I was pleased with the appartment, only that the fridge is litlebit small and if i can suggest a braai area that would be nice. then also if there can be a broom and mop added then it would be nice, cleaning of room also late somedays after 4 which also is disturbing, further happy

The property itself is excellent.
The property is located nicely with private access yo the beach, excellent views of Table mountain. 
However the beach was very dirty and we could not enjoy ourselves.

Fantastic view, location and apartment. All 10/10. Clean. Good service. All you need is in the apartment. Two rooms with two bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room. You look out over the see and the majestic Table Mountain greats you.

Beautiful beachfront apartment, clean rooms, friendly service, proper breakfast. Torch was available for use during load shedding, electricity adapters are available at the reception. Before my arrival: e-mail replies and communication via booking system were rather slow, but whatsapp communication with the reception went smoothly

Great experience for business stay at beachfront apartment

The place was excellent, clean, nice view of the beach and one feel safe. i can recommend to one of our friends. the workers starting from the reception was friendly and welcoming. The neighbors were also welcoming too and friendly.

Everything was excellent

Disappointed the facilities need a serious update. We stayed a number of times and found it exceptional and looked forward to return with the previous owners but nothing seems to have been done to improve the property it’s all so dated. A fridge that froze everything unadjustable patio doors almost impossible to lock/unlock shower would not drain without overflowing TV unusable only two channels tuneable. To cape it all chargeable parking just to park outside and pay for WIFI all in all a disappointing stay knowing what it was before.

the venue upon arrival was great,what lacked is the service and loadshedding which was out of their control but,but still a desservice walking with a torch on a break away from the norm ie: loadshedding,had to enquire after 2 the following day when houekeeoing would come clean,after which someone was sent up,but left certain areas uncleaned .at times no one at reception for long periods of time during their office hours,thier hours on website is untrue,reception closes at 5 pm.the venue itself and reception lady Micelene was more than satisfactory
