Serene and quiet environment allows you to sit back and relax. Just what you need to wrap up a busy day.
Typical environment for someone who enjoys the outdoors and favours the farm way of relaxing. Excellent service.


Ronell Lombard

This is a perfect place to stay for business trips.  Good clean accommodation, not far from Durbanville and easy access to the main highway.  There are beautiful views of the Paarl mountains and it has a real farm feel about it.

Wonderful stay

Truly delightful self contained cottage, with lovely thatched roof. Set in beautiful grounds, where the lavender was blooming. Thank you so much for a very hospitable and peaceful stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely and peaceful stay

Quaint cottage on horse farm. Indoor fireplace was very charming, but be prepared to wake up at daybreak by very noisy  geese. Because this is an old, renovated cottage, it can be quite dark inside the rooms, especially the living room. 

Cozy but noisy

Although it is a beautiful place, there was no sign to show where you had to go and check in. Something like reception or office. Office was closed which lead to having to phone while on the property to find out how to check in. Rooms have no fans or sitcoms and it can get very hot. No one from staff to owner were found on the property to confirm where they put the breakfast basket that were paid for. When checking out keys are just to be left and once again no one to be found. When asking for a refund for the breakfast basket the owner said she put it in the fridge personally, yet on departure I could not find anyone. Another company returned for a second time yet in a year never met the owner or anyone from the farm. So if you are not for a warm welcome then it's probably the place, but I like warm welcomes and to meet the people I actually book with.
