A great place to stay ! The Loft has everything you need and more! On arrival you have essentials to start your day, amazing views from your bed of the ocean and stadium as well as the sunsets! Easy walking to local restaurants and bars , the Waterfront, Green point park , the promenade to Seapoint .  A great bus service 5 minutes away,  to explore the coast .  The best host in town , if you need help or advice! Can’t wait to return.

Stayed in the loft apartment and had all we needed, including washing machine/dryer, cooking facilities, coffee machine and DStv.  The special touch was the late check-in with breakfast provisions for the first morning.  The bed was comfortable, the location safe to walk around, close the V&A Waterfront and restaurants, supermarket, etc. The only small improvement would be a more comfortable lounge. Loved the apartment and will stay here again.  Thanks to Stuart ad Tarasai for making the booking and stay so comfortable and easy.

Great Location. Everything you need

Stayed in  a very comfortable self catering appartment with everything you could want. Very conveniently situated within walking distance of the Stadium. Helpfull and attentive host. Appartment was clean and well appointed with good quality linen and towels

Location  near the stadium area, quiet neighborhood. We moved with Uber e.g. for waterfront 4.21euro. Parking possibility in front of the house. Apartment  is a beautiful Victorian-style residence with original wood floors, nice frames, really large size.Comfortable beds, good quality sheets, clean. Donations: cabinets, coffee machine, milk, bread.Good Wi-Fi. Stuart -present at important times e.g. signing a car rental contract.We booked transport from the airport.

More care would be great!

Nice old house divided into two apartments. We rented the 60m2 loft, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped for cooking, there's even a grain coffee machine. Clean, impeccable bed, beautiful view of Robben Island and the stadium. Large wooden terrace. Good neighborhood, a 40m Spar, grid-secured house, like many in Cap. 15 minutes walk from the Waterfront. Maybe there's a dedicated parking space missing, because we had to park on the street, no worries though.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Braeside House. We stayed in the loft apartment and it was perfect! Stuart was waiting for us, helped us with our luggage, gave us the keys and had a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us and  other essentials in frig. The Braeside House is in a great area, very safe, close to everything and a cute cafe right down the street.  The loft apartment has a great view, very comfortable bed, nice quiet area.  We would most certainly stay again.  Thank you Stuart; we love the Braeside House!!!

Loved it!

...is well maintained here. Great and particularly quiet location in Greenpoint! Excellent host of a magnificent yet cozy property that gives the guest a unique appreciation, anticipates what a guest needs and prepares everything for a successful stay. I want to avoid repeating the details many guests have already mentioned, not without emphasizing that you have never experienced this to such an extent. So even a rainy day is fun, because then you learn to love and appreciate the house especially.

Who likes the special,

Was here for 3 nights with the family. Stuart is friendly and helpful; he was there to welcome us when we arrived late in the evening and was there to see us off on the morning we left.
The accommodations are excellent, with full facilities - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc, with whatever is needed to use them. Even the light switches are interesting and well-positioned. The loft unit also offers a very nice view, although the slanted roof and narrow passage can pose some difficulties for the elderly.
The house is also well located, close to covenience stalls and excellent restaurants. All in all, it was the best stay by a long shot.

Excellent accommodations

Well equipped self-catering accommodation. Has dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine. Lots of extras e.g. coffee beans in the coffee machine, welcoming milk, butter, fresh bread, tea. Good quality bed linen and towels. Steep steps up to the loft apartment. 
Huge views of Green Point and the sea. On-site owner.
