Everyday is the same yoghurt. Sugar, only white in a large , diffucult to reach container. Toaster not set properly. Small things matter.They must allow guests some choice. The place is very neat, but guests should not feel like they are begging

Choice matter

We stayed just one night at La Provence Accommodation, it was overall a great experience and we will definitely be going back there next time we are in De Aar. The room and other facilities were very clean and the staff were all so friendly. Would definitely recommend! 

Great Place to Stay

Is excellent, I like everything about accommodation, and no noise in the property  just the must improve their breakfast, be like self catering and the solar panel to accommodate situations even during loadsheding. 

Perfect

This establishment has very poor customer service on 14 May the Manager was very rude toward me after i kindly adressed the issue of the long wait for them to open the gate to enter and exit, as i had to pick up my daughter from school. Due to this i was late for my child and she was sitting outside the school by herself crying. This was a really traumatising event and this could not phase the manager as she continued to be rude to me. To end my review this is not a friendly establishment and the food is horrible.

Poor Customer Service

Spent the first five days of 2019 there, having been in town for a funeral. The stay was really comfortable in that trying time - very pleasant and helpful staff. Beautiful pool (which I couldn't use sadly as I always got back late at night), and lovely breakfasts. I should very much like to return on a happier trip and swim - heaven knows De Aar is hot!

Very friendly staff

My department booked me at this guest house and I was a bit skeptical. Boy was I surprised. Lovely place. Very clean and everything is white. Modern and nice staff. I am a bit of a health fanatic and tend to be fussy with my food. However the guest house staff went out of their way to prepare me the breakfast I desired like poached eggs with fresh vegetables and fruits. A little improvement can be made on the breakfast self serving area- they should provide fresh fruits, more varieties of bread and cheese. However lovely place, I definitely will come back again. Pleasantly surprised 

Received well by the friendly staff. The room was good and included a very large ensuite bathroom which was great. Enjoyed a good breakfast before our departure. The new facilities which we were privelaged to see, look really good and will enhance the services that are provided.

Friday Night Stayover

We overnighted on route to the Cape and were treated incredibly well.  Staff are super friendly and we had a good nights rest after dinner.  
The only thing was that we felt a bit rushed out of our rooms at 08:30.  Having said that, we left a phone behind and within 20 mins of leaving, we had a call and returned to pick it up.  
Very happy Gautengers!

A welcome oasis

What a friendly wonderful place.  I would definitely recommend this place to stay to anyone.  The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is really your money's worth and the whole place is highly recommend.
