This must have been my worse stay ever. Cannot rate the service as there was none. Have 3 coffee machines, but no one knows how to operate them. Stale muffins every morning. Food swimming in oil. Bath water not running out as plug is faulty. Will never be back.

Never stopping over

I hope they will have a generator as back, especially for business trip so that we can be able to complete our jobs even at night. May the Lord provide for them. I know we are living in a tough times because of loadsheddig

Very Good

My experience with Park Place was amazing. As a regular traveler, I normally stay in hotels including some of the best. When I walked into my room at Park Place I felt like a President. Neat rooms, spacious, elegant rustic furniture. Clean bathrooms, a quiet environment to work and plan. I loved it. Great meals as well added to the experience. The warm friendly staff is the cherry on top.

My stay at your hotel was excellent, the staff was so friendly and helpful, I would love to come again when there's something I need to attend in East London. I wish my business trip took longer so that I can be able to see more of the things you can offer.

That place was very good except for the television that was not working in my room.
By the way, Park Place service is very good including bedding, bathrooms and neatness of the rooms.

The Best Honeymoon Ever

The B&B is extremely beautiful with perfect bathrooms, and the food was also nice. The area in which it is situated is also nice and cousy. i Loved the setup of the B&B and the staff was also welcoming and are very helpful especially with finding the place. 

All kinds of Classy.

The rooms are clean. The location is safe. I ate dinner 3 days in a row and it was best I have ever had in any hotel in the country. The receptionists are helpful. A walking distance to shops for incase you want to stretch your legs.

The safest and peaceful

The lady who welcomed us was very nice , however our room was a disappointment. 
Our bathroom light was not working, the side lamp did not have a globe and the air con remotes were not working as well.but the breakfast was great. 

NOT WHAT EXPECTED

i was not impressed at all with the room i was given because it was not  the rooms displayed on the guesthouses web page and it was on another property. It had a dirty carpet and when i asked to be moved i was told its not possible. what got to me the most was that since this was a group booking we were booked in the same property but a stuff member changed this and as a guest i had to pay for their incompetency.
