This is a beautiful little guesthouse. The rooms are immaculate and really well appointed with stunning views. The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and it is really easy to just sit back and relax. Gourmet breakfast is also available if you choose and the host and hostess and just so accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is super comfortable. The pool is really refreshing after a day at the beach and the gardens on the property are stunning.

Arrived late in the evening and lady at guest house threatened to charge a late arrival fee. The audacity!

Terrible guest house

A stunning guesthouse, very relaxing. Owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Décor superb and guesthouse very central. Very quiet neighbourhood and safe. View from room was breathtaking. A breakfast can be served either in room or in diningroom and it was yummy.

STUNNING

Everything was really good, the place is lovely, scenery is beautiful, except it was advertised that a hot breakfast is an extra, which we paid for (it was not cheap!), only to find that it consisted of yogurt, muffins and fruit, delivered to our room the night before. Please manage expectations and inform your guests that a hot breakfast is not provided on Sunday, or don't charge for it as you would for a hot breakfast.
I specifically chose Grande Vista because of the hot breakfast, which is why i'm making a point of it.

but there was no hand and body lotion,nail kit, either than that I had a good time.
next time I will bring my family,my partner when I travel again in the Eastern Cape.If you can consider  having phones in the room, the shuttle services and a medical aid kit just in case of emergency. I enjoyed all the dstv  channels 

The room was nice and clean up to statndard

This beautiful home offers stunning views, peaceful surroundings and luxury accommodation. It is well located and comfortably accommodated 8 adults and provided all the necessary amenities. We loved our time at Grande Vista Guesthouse. 

Luxury family accommodation

Wish we could stay longer, the place is absolutely beautiful, the view of the river from our room, breathtaking. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. There was one thing we felt that was maybe an area for improvement, we felt that the TV was a bit too high only time it was ok to watch was when you were lying down on the bed, sitting and watching was not ideal . The size of the room is very big and for the price we paid, we felt it was well worthwhile, thanks
