The hosts were so warm and welcoming My room was Lovely,  spacious and well appointed. There is a full bathroom offering a shower and a bath.  There’s a nook with a coffee station, fridge and kettle. I loved being just across the road from the ocean and having sea views from my bedroom. Lots of extra treats such as chocolate on my pillow and biscuits at my bedside were extra special touches which shows the care the hosts put i to making their guests feel comfortable.  Definitely the place to stay if you’re in the area.

Best place in and around Franskraal. Amanda and André are very nice hosts.Thank you to be there.
The room was comfortable and had a seaview also private parking.It is a save village.
We will come again.

Thanks for perfect hospitality of Amanda&Andrew. I really enjoyed with wonderful stay. The taste and decoration of breakfast was also amusing.
Lucky I found whales many times during my 3 days stay.

Good hospitality with wonderful view

We enjoyed the stay at Franskraal B&B.  The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.  From arriving, they make you feel as though you are visiting family.  I enjoyed the finer touches to detail (like the cherry and biscuits and rusks).  The facility is good for wheelchair users.  Clean and neat.

Feels like visiting...

Went for the weekend to visit friends. Great place next to the ocean, very clean and the best service and a delicious breakfast. We will definitly go back again! Great value for money and the room was amazing.

Great stay. Very welcoming hosts and very comfortable room with nice welcoming touches added by the hosts.
Great breakfast served the following morning.
Could not ask for anything more of the hosts or the B&B.

From booking Amanda made it evident that our stay would be memorable, her friendly and pleasant manor opening up her home to total strangers made us feel like royalty. Excellent service and impeccable.

Easy Coastal Splendor

Really loved our stay in Franskraal. Serene peaceful and beautiful area with the most charming hostess  Amanda was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing Would stay there again ! We lunched / dined locally and it was excellent 

Fabulous home opposite the beach

Wonderful location on the water front.  Very comfortable bed and silky sheets.  Great use of main living room area overlooking the sea.  Unfortunately it was wet and windy when we stayed or we would have sat on the balcony.
Easy to find, left too early to have breakfast so cannot comment. 10 minute drive to Gainsbaai to shark dive.
Host was helpful and recommended place for dinner and made reservation.  

Charming host! 

The B&B is in a lovely location, only a few minutes walk from the beach with lovely views over the coast on the sunny terrace. The host, Amanda, is such a lovely lady and will make you feel welcome and at home from the moment she opens the door.
