The place was beautiful with its side of nature. Quite and resfreshing for me. My fiance and i really enjoyed our stay even though no tv but it gave us a chance to bond well. The shower bed and oven did it for me. I enjoyed having my own little kitchen which had utilities and best the clean shower. Also the hair dryer who ever came up with the idea was very thoughtful. I will come again.

Wonderful experience

We took the whole house on a self catering basis. It had everything we needed & is very comfortable in all respects. The manager & staff were very accommodating & helpful. We would all happily go back another time 

Family celebration at this lovely house

Second time staying at Shiraz, and definitely won't be our last. Beautiful space, with incredible outside area to relax and enjoy the pool (last time we stayed in winter, so it was great to use the pool this time). Rooms and bedding super comfy, and great that this property offers all rooms their own bathrooms. Wonderful for big group getaway! Thanks Elmien and Renske again!

Wonderful Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed in one of the studios at Shiraz Estate. The decor is minimal but so beautiful. We had everything we needed, including some espresso in the morning! 

The bed was super comfortable, we had an amazing night's sleep. 

The estate itself is very peaceful.

Finally, Renske was an amazing hostess. Although she was not there when we arrived, she made sure we were able to check-in as soon as we arrived. She was also available to answer any questions we had. 

Cozy, calm setting

Such a lovely spot, so peaceful and well decorated. The studio has everything you need for a getaway. Such friendly hosts too, very helpful. Great place for a city escape for the weekend. Wifi, parking and aircon. 

Sweet Escape

We had an amazing stay at Shiraz Estate! It's tranquil, cosy and beautiful with great amenities and service! The friendly staff also referred us to local spots for drinks and dinner...we had an overall wonderful experience! Will definitely stay there again when I visit Riebeeck Kasteel.

Ever so helpful with all our requests. Making arrangements for us to check in early and out late to accommodate our wedding plans.

Our Wedding Weekend

Most enjoyable stay. This old dwelling that was restored and given a dose of modern is fantastic. Everything is very clean and very beautiful. Rooms have Nespresso coffee machines... Definitely an entertainer's dream dwelling. Loved the "industrial" kitchen. Would love to stay here again when the weather demands a dip in the beautiful and enticing pool.

Old world charm with new world luxuries

This place has a wonderful atmosphere.  It is delicately furnished and decorated. Staff is very friendly, service is superb. We had a lovely and spacious room by the pool. We stayed for two nights and will definitely be back to this friendly guesthouse. We are looking forward to explore this exciting area more often.

Amazing stay

Shiraz Estate is a lovely holiday and conference estate in Riebeeck Kasteel! We had a wonderful stay with friends, visiting several vinyards in and around the village. The village, in walking distance from the Shiraz offers a number of nice restaurants, shops and galleries. Shiraz with its authentic atmosphere, swimmingpool and lovely surroundings gave us all a week of pleasure and leisure! Highly recommended!
