Stayed for a week at the Cabanas , the staff service and commitment to help is absolutely outstanding. The daily cleaning service is so professional and of a very high standard. Our every need was addressed and we will certainly be back and recommend the facilities for your next stay in JBAY

Pictures can be misleading , but this places matched up and more!

A nice stay over. The rooms are small and lacking general maintenance here and there, but it was very clean and neat. For a short stay, it will suffice.
We slept comfortably, and our vehicle were safe.

No frills, yet comfortable

Booked a few nights to extend our December break.
Room is very basic and quite small.
The kitchenette is the passage leading to the door. And right at the entrance to the bathroom, which has a sliding door.

The bed is made up of 2 single beds with a "pillow top" to make it a double bed. It's quite uncomfortable.

Only thing going for it is the location. 
Due to Covid-19, there were other places that we could have got with better value for money. 


Not as luxury as claimed 

Stunningly decorated and perfect if you have a child who needs to sleep in the same room. Friendly and warm reception. Centrally located and close to good restaurants and the beach. The place to be in J-Bay.

Home away from home

We stayed at the resort for 8 days and being our first trip to Jeffery’s it was perfect in all aspects. Under new management 3 months ago, the owner Merwe is on site almost daily and his staff Sharon and Linda are superb hosts with excellent customer service skills. No requests are too large or too small and they are very accomodating and helpful. The resort also has a free tuk tuk shuttle for guests. Location is ideal and withing walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies. Free wifi with quick speed is also an added bonus for kids

We stayed overnight during a race.  The rooms as comfortable and clean. But unfortunately the cleaning starts very early and if you are on the bottom floor of this accommodation you hear every single sound, movement and noise .  Unfortunately we were the unlucky ones to have cleaners at 7.30 directly above us.  So if you book ask for a unit upstairs.

Our hosts were amazing, we were on a group tour from New Zealand and they made us all feel very welcome.  No questions was too hard, clean rooms, great food, lovely couple.
Their knowledge for the local crafts in the community and surrounding activities was impressive. 
A home away from home.

Excellent

The service experience at this motel is awesome! Geoff and Helen made you feel welcome. We were a group of 18, and our host offered a lot of great advice on what to do and not to do in the area. Although a little dated, the rooms are spotless. You feel safe and secure in this facility. Next time we are in Jeffreys bay we will be staying again. Agreat place to stay as a group, as have small communal area to have braii and a few beverages.

Amazing Service Experience and clean

What an amazing place. Geoff and Helen were incredibly hospitable. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was a beautiful selection of hots and colds and home made goodies! Roos were tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Everyday! Location was spot on ... walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Geoff personally showed us many fantastic local shops and his knowledge of these was vast.  Thankyou so much for a truly memorable stay...

Wow - Fantastic

Once again, we can only thank you. It's a pleasure to be hosted by such loving people. The beach cabana is super clean, parking spaces are available right in front of the door, wireless, you can barbecue or cook yourself if you want to take advantage of this. The team was extremely friendly and helpful with reservations, excursions, etc. You always have a nice chat with the team and feel at home.
