Great value for money. Good location if you need to be close to O.R Thambo airport. Spacious rooms. Very neat and clean. Friendly staff at reception. Good security. Felt safe and backup electricity for load shedding was a surprise. Friendly owner.

Value for money

I would like to say a huge thank you to you for arranging to pickup my elderly uncle from the airport. Your service and prompt replies to my questions is a true reflection of your duty to your clients. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done to ease our concerns. Brilliant.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful to my husband who was traveling with five children.They extended their service to even helping my husband at the airport with the kids and the luggage.I would love to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation. Exceeded expectations

The hotel is in the Kempton Park town. It is situated in a quiet area, It has big spacious rooms, with fridge in each room. There is a shoprite supermarket in a walking distance. The place is very secured.

Good

The staff (who are attentive and helpful) really are the saving grace for this accomodation. The toilet in my room made noises for hours after flushing so I had to turn the water off in order to fall asleep. Also there is nowhere nearby to eat so you have to get something at the airport before pickup. No hot water in my room either although the staff allowed me to shower in a room that did have hot water. At least the bed and blabkets were comfortable. Fine to stay at if you have a flight the next morning.

Most dodgy place ive been to. Paid and did not even stay as the place was in total darkness.. Its like a dungeon. Do not book here ever. Lady refused to give a refund even though we hadnt even gone to our room. We left before we kud even enter the room. Photos are fake.place looks terrible in real life

rooms looks beautiful wifi is available in all the rooms , prime position in kempton park,  staff very kind the price exceeded  our expectation .thanks to the effort made by the management     ,i will recommend tassili lodge  for everybody who want value for money.

When we booked in around 1pm. I wanted to take a bath, The water was ice cold, the next morning the same thing. The TVs doesn't even work. I have stayed in better places that was cheaper than Tassili Lodge. I will never stay nor recommend this lodge. Only 2 good things about the stay was the friendly staff and the good wifi.

Very Bad

Wifi is fast, I will give this place that! However, the place is a bit rundown and a lawsuit in the making. What's listed as 'included' on google and tripadvisor is wrong - there is no breakfast included here. There is a kitchen in which we are able to use, but there aren't many utensils to be found (plenty of plates). And I would suggest staff to stay away from talking politics when you first arrive; it can be rather awkward.

False Advertising

I am completely disappointed with the service I got from the hotel, there was no dinner for me,they went and bought me an R80 steers burger, general service was not up to standard,the adress they gave is wrong and they did not even have that curtesy of calling me to find out if I still come to sleep at their place because I arrived late
