My girlfriend and I really enjoyed every second of our stay in Mjejane River Lodge. Accomodation has a very nice view and everything was arranged as it should be. Would definitely book again if we are in the neighbourhood.

Perfect combination of game drives and relaxing

We have been in this hotel for 3 days and it has been great. By the river where you can spot already many animals, it has large rooms with many comforts (maybe just more modern showers would have been better). The restaurant is at buffet but with many different options to satisfy the most of the people. The rangers are great and very skilled to see many animals during the safaris. Excellent !

Great lodge in the Kruger Park area

a long weekend with the family in the bush.  The reserve has all the animals you may wish to see, including a lion kill at the dam and elephant and buffalo herds.  The game drives were very good and we were happy to have a "family" vehicle for our little ones to enjoy their first safari.  The guide was really entertaining and informative.  The food is good and plentiful and the restaurant and bar staff are very attentive.  Rooms are comfortable and clean and the bed with the mosquito netting was comfortable.  My granddaughter was in awe and said the four poster was her dream princess bed!.  Interleading room for the children and parents was very welcome.   The property is clean and well tended.   Dinner in the boma on Saturday was a treat.  The crazy golf / Put Put course should be buldozed and replaced -  Not good at all!  I hope the problem with access to KNP was solved as the N4 in the early mornings is a nightmare. Otherwise highly recommended. 

Mjejane - a piece of paradise in South AFrica's bush

Loved staying here for three nights, with my kids and my husband. Nice lodge with a great view; good food (more choice could be offered) and amazing game drives, with our ranger Elliott. We saw all the Big 5! The location, on the banks of the Crocodile river, is fantastic...it feels like being in a documentary.

A little corner of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay Mjejane River Lodge. Our guide Aaron was amazing and went to so much effort to ensure we had a great safari experience. The food was great and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We particularly loved sitting out during the day watching the animals come down to drink at the river.

Great safari and accommodation

The location and accommodation of Manzini river House exceeded our expectations.  Beautiful home on the river with gorgeous views and many animal sightings. Sunsets were breathtaking.  We booked our game drives through the lodge.  We had a great guide and the game drives did not disappoint. Dinner at the lodge was very nice. The lodge is  40 minutes from Kruger National Park so it is very convenient. It is a perfect place to connect with the South African Bushveld and enjoy beautiful South Africa!

Manzini River House

Nice location over looking the FOREST. Comfortable and clean Rooms. Friendly staff. I would really want to mention SIMON who was most helpful and caring. We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2024 and had a good time. Our driver William was most helpful. We had a good time here

Very Nice

An African gem that is painfully overlooked. It had the river views that were full of elephants.
Sharing the abundant game with the Kruger Park - no boundaries - enhances the Safari experience.
Rooms, Food, Service - The Team did everything to make it a perfect stay.

Guide December was exceptional  - Very informative & Humorous.

Not forgetting the man of the match, the GM Mr Coetzee - A True storyteller - Dankie.

I will be recommending this lodge - The Spacious honeymoon room with the river views - Yes I do.

A True Bush Paradise.

We had a wonderful 4 days at the Lodge.  The accommodation was comfortable and well furnished with doors opening onto a private seating area overlooking the crocodile river.

Safaris are 6am and 3.30pm everyday.  We saw everything we wanted and more on every safari.  Our ranger Gilmon was brilliant, so patient and knowledgeable.  He stopped and explained at every sighting letting us take many photos and just enjoy the sighting.  It was also lovely being on the jeep with other couples, sharing experiences and taking photos to share.
The early morning cup of tea and biscuit and the choice of drink and snack pack at sundown just added to the incredible experience.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were both plentiful and tasty.  So much choice at every meal and as much as you could eat.  Sitting eating overlooking the crocodile river where elephants play, hippos grunt and warthogs eat the grass and drink from the swimming pool is an experience not to miss.

All the staff were welcoming, friendly and happy making the whole experience memorable. Our ranger Gilmon was the star of the show.
