Just few pointers,  the Lapa requires to have fridge and toilets. Secured braai areas especially when it is raining and it's during loadshedding or disruption even though there's a powerful back generator.  
Loved the place and will definitely visit again


Intaba Thulile, so much tranquility

The location is just what one needs if one wants to get away from a busy city life. The bed linen was really clean and comfortable. The pool was in an excellent condition and just what is needed to cool down. A big plus for the accommodation was the aircon. Moreover, Tracy and the team went above and beyond to drop off a pair of shoes that we left behind, which we really appreciate. Overall, we had a great experience with Intaba Thulile and will be coming back again.

Excellent respite from city life

The stay was fantastic , lovely, peaceful. hosts were very responsive which is great. Overall experience was great. The gravel road is not so bad Afterall. Maybe a little more  lights outside will be better, its very dark out. 

BEST STAY EVER

Beautiful place, clean and serene. I do recommend pool chairs for the pool area as the chairs provided were uncomfortable for a day at the pool. The hiking trail was lovely with refreshing water along our route and beautiful animals 

My stay at Intaba Thulile

The stay was enjoyable, as the name says it Ntaba thulile. It was quiet all weekend, we managed to see some few animals. The bed that we slept in was not comfortable and if only you can replace the mattress as it is worn out at the chalet we stayed in.

We've spent the whole weekend from 09-11 December, we had every wonderful and peaceful weekend, we loved the view seeing the animal👌. Uncle Ishmael his the best keep up the good work 👏👏👏. Thank you Joanne

You know what they say "Third time is a charm:)"

We went for a family weekend away with the kids and as always JoAnne was amazing. This is the third time going to Intaba and it is always such a pleasure, from booking to checking out JoAnne makes it so seamless and her place is so homely.

If you are looking for a quite place to bond with the family and not too crowded the Intaba Thulile is your plug.

Family Weekend Away

Intaba Thulile is true to its name. Tranquility at its best. Peace from the city life and the host gives you privacy. The host constantly checks up to ensure your stay is good but you don't even her. That is great. Loved everything except for the gate process. For a trip that is just ladies it can be a mission and scary to go outside to open the main gate if you happen to come in after dark. Maybe an electrical gate would be better. Otherwise we were very happy

Excellent stay

JoAnne is very thoughtful, the service is great and we had such a lovely time in the bush. An improvement may be adding a bit of heating to the pool but otherwise we had a lovely time. Walking in the bush instead of driving makes the interaction with the animals fantastic

Great stay, lovely environment

We were looking for a quiet getaway that was not too far from Johannesburg and that is exactly what we got. Very good location, nice scenic drive there and back. It was really good value for money for the accomodation having 2 bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The farm was neat and well kept. Both rooms had fans which was a bonus and the lounge had its own aircon. We spent some good family time together because there was no tv and no wifi.
