 Oregon staff will make you feel at home you arrive as guest but leave as a family member. they are friendly an willing to help. The Oregon is situated near a lot of restaurants and shops and easily accessible.

A big thank you to every single person that works there.
I made my reservation a day prior to check in and was accommodated in a friendly manner.
The rooms are amazing, it is very often that you stay at a place where cleanliness is a priority. Well done.
At breakfast the staff went out of there way to ensure my daughter had a lovely meal, she can be quite picky but with a smile they managed to make her a nice plate and she enjoyed every last bite. 

Will definitely visit again, next time I will make it a family trip.

brilliant stay

This was my second trip/stayover and my experience was exactly the same as before. I am still completely in love with this old historic home. The service is friendly and you are made to feel at home, by not only the staff but the home itself. I will most definitely be booking in again on my next visit to Middelburg.

I have always wanted to stay at Oregon place. have always admired the beautiful old house. this house exceeded all my expectations,  it exudes warmth and comfort. i was welcomed not only by this gorgeous piece of property but also by a very friendly manager. the house was immaculately kept and the breakfasts were amazing. i will definitely go back for another visit.

FANTASTIC STAY

I loved the garden setting with the old house . The room was amazing. liked the dark curtains to block out the light, which allowed me to sleep in later. My room was spacious and very stylishly decorated. 
The place was peaceful and the lounge and dining areas made me feel like i was in an old stylish farm house.Staff we friendly and welcoming. 

Good, relaxing stay

A beautiful garden and a lovingly restored old house, with attentive staff, ample meals and a comfortable lounge for relaxing in after dinner. We enjoyed the crisp bed linen, comfortable bed and large, fluffy bath towels. Unfortunately, the lighting in the room was very poor. Bedside lamps and the desk lamps did not give enough light for reading.
Located in a tree-lined street on the edge of the (ugly)  central business district - very convenient.

Lovingly restored old house

The gardens that greet you and the architectural details of the house are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, well appointed and spacious. Parking within the secured grounds was also nice. This was a welcome respit after a long bit of travel. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Pleasant

Oregon Place is a charming guest house close to Kees Beyers stadium. Our house was warm and inviting and accommodated our request without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back next year.
