"'IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO REALATE MY EXPERIENCE @MUSINA HOTEL TO OTHER PEOPLE!!!"'

Apart from unfriendly staff and dysfunctional TVs, Telephones etc..., I want to share on the security matters, the security there it is a pity. after we (myself and colleagues)  checked in, they broke in and stole my colleague's iPhone 13 (R18 000.00) and the following week they broke in my room and stole my laptop Dell icore7  (R23 000.00)  and my Samsung A30s (R5 000.00). 

You lock your door and windows it won`t make any difference they will enter  and steal even when you are inside, since all these incidents happened when we were inside sleeping. There is no footage, hotel doesn't try to get involved and compensate even though these events  are not just random.

Worst Nightmare @Musina Hotel

we had a good nights rest,in a very comfortable room and the staff was very accommodating and friendly as we only checked in after 23:00. breakfast was also wonderful and again we received great service.

On the 17th of February 2020 I arrive at Musina Hotel, it was a business trip. I did not enjoy anything at your place. The DSTV give problems, the air-corn was making noise, too much noise. People at the kitchen are not friendly. Please improve your environment is at the gate of musina,possibly you may attract more clients.

The service was okay, we enjoyed our stay. The walls needs some attention as well the roofing as there were some spider web in the bathroom. Also we struggled to locate the room, I feel the security must escort the guest to their rooms

Awesome Service

Good value for money, service was excellent. Got some big discount on accommodation charge. Security was second to none. The food was perfect so were the waiters on room service. Site is convenient for shopping and the bar facility.

Bedding was never changed until my departure date. Foods is very horrible, kitchen staff can be very angry and rude especially when they are are doing room service. Management should train their staff and try to motivate them. Their service is unacceptable 

Lack of Excellent service

First day in a room smelling of fresh paint and woke up blocked up.
I complained the following day and was told the place was fully booked.
Later that evening the TV was not working and eventually I was moved to another room because of the TV.
In the other room the tv was making some funny noise also. (Rm 20), and the bed middle leg is broken. Pillows too soft and uncomfortable.

Not Happy

My challenge was that I was at Musina on business and needed to travel to the mine 80Km away from Musina and when I get to be kitchen for breakfast at 06h00 it was still closed. When I asked I was told to supposed to have asked asked to a breakfast pack a night before, but I dont know how I was supposed to have known.

The Hotel need to know their target persons/market, that you dont only serve the tourist, but business persons too. A tourist will not mind waking up 10h00, business people had to work

My challenge

It is a very secure place where one would have peace of mind. it is next to N1 road but the noise of vehicles and trucks are very limited. mosquito repellent are needed at this particular place because a malaria red zone.

My Stay at Musina Hotel

Stayed at the Musina Hotel and Conference Centre for two nights, attending a conference.  The room was clean and adequate, and the hotel reception area looks very modern (recently updated).   However, the access to the rooms is strange as the only pedestrian access is either through the 'dining hall' or through the vehicle security boom.  The food was quite good, but the decor in the 'dining hall' was dated and in need of a refresh.  It seems that the restaurant only sells alcoholic drinks for cash (cannot be put onto the room bill), although this may have been the conference rules?  There is a pub and swimming pool on the premises. Two things that reduced my rating - there was loud music playing at night (adjacent property, not the hotel,  but I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't really bother me), and there is a slight sewage smell when you are in the gardens.
