Excellent Service, Clean and neat. The Host was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and had a variety of eats. I will recommend for business or just a holiday, Very close to Suncity. Thank you accommodating our Company. 

Business Trip

I booked the deluxe family room and on arrival was put into the family cottage.
As you can see from the photos the property is old and falling apart, and a good scrub with bleach is needed in the bathrooms.
air con did not work, mould all around the shower unit in both bathrooms, plus the master shower head was held together by mastic which was coming apart, causing the water to spurt over the wall. 
Bring your own 2 pin plug if you want to watch the TV.
Fake leather sofa badly split and old.
White towels were no longer white and quite thread bare as were the beige ones.
Curtains do not close properly, which is not appropriate as anyone walking past could see in.
Coffee sachets provided but no tea.
Twin room has no clothes hanging facilities, no mirror and no loo roll holder. No spare toilet paper.
Light fitting in twin room bath room was a bare bulb and not secure to ceiling.
Shower rail was badly rusted.
On out second night the child’s twin bed collapsed with child and her mum sat on it. When this was explained to Patrys she was incredibly rude, and questioned if the child had been in the room alone, and as she walked out she muttered “impossible” 
The fact is the furniture in the Inn is old, outdated and falling apart and the photos taken in 2017 do not show the true picture. 
The dining room photos are not a true reflection of the room this morning. The chairs are falling apart and when stand up you pieces of the seat stuck to you.

Nothing I have written above was not relayed to Patrys when we left early, due to her disgusting treatment of guests staying at the Inn.

Outside area lovely, inside needs a good clean and an update

The garden is beautiful but that's where the true pictures end.
We were very disappointed with our room because of the following reasons. 
The rooms and outdoor buildings needs a lot of maintenance it looks like there is almost no proper maintenance done for years. 
Our rooms doors are cracked you can see through them and all of then scraped badly on the floors. 
The bathrooms taps fell out of of the wall and the basin tap is completely lose. 
The curtains was very untidy 
The room looked like it was put together with salvage material 
The cupboard in our room was a sore eye to look at for it the doors were lose at the hinges and a side panel was not even painted but still had writing on from the shop 
Also there are no blue lights for mosquitoes it there were so many mosquitoes we struggled to sleep

My stay at black swan was amazing. the place is beautiful comfortable and spacious. It was very easy to find. The owner was just amazing, really friendly and went out of her for me and my family. She accommodated everyone that was at the accommodation whether they wanted to enjoy themselves or whether they wanted a quiet space. Everyone was well catered for. Our breakfast was perfect and well packed. it was enough for at least 6 people and we were only 3. I will definitely make this my go to place and will highly recommend it

Amazing stay

I’ve had a peaceful stay at Black Swan Guesthouse. I enjoy my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My only challenge was that one morning there was no water. Overall service was outstanding for me.

Peaceful stay

Hospitality was amazing and old very was so helpful and she's got a good heart. I will recommend our friends and family to visit Black Swans when they need rest and reconnect with the nature. We really enjoyed ourselves 

Great Hospitality

Very safe and quiet place.. Comfortable and clean,  near Pilansberg and SunCity. Beautiful gardens friendly staff and full good breakfast.
Upgraded to a self catering unit - very large pots for a small two plate stove. Not enough crockery and cutlery.  Not enough light bulbs in the light fittings..  No mirror in the second bathroom.  Both shower heads and handles faulty.  Kitchen sink handle keeps falling off.

We stayed one night ahead of a race at Sun City and it was a great alternative price wise but was quite noisy being right on the road and there was general confusion regarding our bookings but our host very very kindly arranged for us to have breakfast at 4:30am so that we could be at Sun City in time for our race!

Not Bad Close to Sun City

We booked the last room of the property during the peak Easter season.
But the property owner is kind enough to offer us a different room as she knew that we are not “happy” with the one we booked.
We were more than happy to stay here in the midst of lush greenery and peaceful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening walks and took plenty of good photographs in this beautiful setup. At reception, lady(don’t know her name) is very kind and prompt. Will definitely recommend to others to stay.

Pleasant Stay

It's a place to go to spend a great day and it's not very far from Pilanesberget the park is well maintained and it's very well located.. There's a swimming pool, and the reception is nice
