Based in the beach area of P.E the Aristotle is ,a guest house basically like a home from home ,only a few rooms ,which are spacious but are in need of an update. The owners are helpful and do a nice breakfast ,the outside pool needs a bit of maintenance to be open for summer,free wifi but standard tv channels , fridge and microwave in the room. basically its ok , but its not your usual guesthouse more like renting in someones home ,the plus side is its close to kings beach ,and away from the centre of P.E.

Great service, friendly and welcoming team. Not our first visit, and definitely we always enjoy our stay. Rooms and beds comfortable. Team always warm, friendly and go the extra mile. The venue is centrally located with easy access to the city.

Great Stay

Friendly staff but room was disappointing. Room layout cramped with worn out carpet. Towels not up to standard. Seems like a lot of detail have been neglected. 
We waited 30 minutes for our breakfast after ordering and the open plan kitchen caused the entire dining room to smell like bacon and eggs. 

Disappointed compared to Internet

Photo's on internet are not always to be trusted. 
The overall properly looked delapedated and needs urgent attention - inside out.
Nice big room - pity curtains looked shabby, most roof lights were not working.
Shower was very dirty (slots where sliding doors run in) - one sliding door was total broken and not running at all.
Doors were slammed and the concern was generally very noisy which I found very disturbing.  I reported it but was told it was one of the guests making the noise - not acceptable!
I requested breakfast for 6h45 - it did not happen - a very quick breakfast was put together by a lady who came from one of the guest rooms in her pajamas - no haircomb and very untidy.
Will not visit again.

Very Disappointing

Such a pleasant stay! The staff are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I felt like I was living in a family house  - very warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to PE.
