Booked this place in a hurry as I needed to visit from Cape Town as my brother had to undergo emergency surgery at St George’s hospital and this is in walking distance. From the minute I arrived I realised I’d make a huge mistake. It feels really unsafe. I tried to explain my situation to management and they refused to give me a refund. Absolutely no empathy. I’m DISGUSTED and they’ve made my personal stressful situation even worse. The place is grubby. The stairwells are dirty. I dare not even collect delivered meals outside the complex after sunset. The road noise and screaming outside is horrendous. I’ll be checking out in morning and they can stuff their refund. I’ve had minimal sleep here and cannot wait to leave.

Modern, Comfortable, Safe, Clean units with very friendly staff. Thank you, Debbie and team, for your awesome service and friendliness. the units have all necessary utensils. Rooms are neat and clean. the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. 

Good location, close to beach and all amenities.

I booked the accommodation for our staff member. The accommodation was HORRIFIC and disgusting. The accommodation is in a very bad part of town. As a women on her own, our staff member did not feel safe. The shouting, swearing and fighting from the block of flats / building next door, was too terrible. The bedding was stained and marked. With the dinner meeting ending quite late and our staff member not being familiar with Gqeberha (Port elizabeth), she was unable to arrange for somewhere else to sleep. The staff member woke up the next morning and had been bitten by a spider!! She had to go to Medicross and be put onto a drip. Absolutely disgusting accommodation. Falsely advertises with pictures that is worlds apart from the actual real thing.

Disgusting Accommodation!

I did not do my homework before booking a two night stay at these apartments. From the time of arrival I knew it was a mistake. The front desk staff was inexperienced and had little knowledge of payment mode and WiFi codes, etc. The room was well below an acceptable standard.
The only thing in their defense was they had load shedding. The level of noise from other residents until the early hours of the morning ensure I did not get much sleep. Although I had paid for two nights, I did not stay another night. The area which the apartment block is located is not a safe area. 
Will not be retiring.

Disappointing and noisy

There was no electricity the whole night and even in the morning,no alternative lighting was provided either.We had to wear creased clothes going home as we couldn't get hold of anyone to assist us.We called the lady who helped us with check in but to no avail.

It's quite and homely atmosphere close to everything I mean everything the stuff is very kind and helpful at all time especially Dabbie who always go out of her way to make sure that everything is fine and you are safe and happy .

Had a pleasant stay at the apartment with my wife and kids, stayed 28 to 1 Jan.
Hope the Management can look at the age when one make a reservation had a bad noise experience from the group stayed at room 4 first Floor.

Perfect location,lovely clean rooms, and the service from Dianne and staff is excellent!! Accommodated my request to check in early on my last 2 visits, I highly recommend this place, almost feels like home.

Stayed on the third floor so quite a bit of climbing to do but was very impressed when I got up to the apartment.  It was just like a home with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen.  It even had a small study.  Really impressed.  It is a bit noisy as it is on Cape Road but you get used to the traffic.  I will definitely use them for all my trips, but just try to get a lower floor next time:-) 

10 on Cape is excellent when you visiting PE for business & for your family. I love the fact that they self catering, gives you that homely atmosphere away from home. They my 1st preferred accommodation.
