Excellent service. It was a lovely, warmly welcoming and friendly stay. Especially since it was a sad time for me and my family but thanks to the quality and service of silver plum bnb. We surely need to return for a relaxed and vacational stay. 

Everything was excellent they assisted with everything i needed. And accepted my requests as i had changes with my booking. I will consider again when i come to Queenstown. Thank you Zola and your team!

My stay at Silver Plum BnB was very pleasant.The room and bathroom was more than adequateThe breakfast was very nice and enjoyableand the treatment was exceptional.I would highly recommend staying there

I made reservations with them and confirmed to check in at 5pm. When I got there, I ring the bell, phoned and emailed but no one came through. Waited outside for more then an hour and phoned again but still no luck.

I had to look for alternative accommodation at 7pm in the cold Queenstown. 

If this is how they treat their customers, I don't think anyone should be using them at all. In fact tripAdvisor should remove them, you can't recommend that place to anyone if you still want business

Bad services

With a little TLC this could be a great guest house, but the paint is peeling and its moldy. After working in a dusty township all day and with the temperatures dropping well below freezing, we looked forward to a hot shower. When we first arrived there was no water at all, it came on after two hours, and I waited up until midnight in the hope of a shower, but it cold. To top it off the owner had not advised the staff that we had paid for breakfast so the poor housekeeper scrambled out of bed to rustle something up.

The place was easy to find, and the environment welcoming. The service was awesome, no delays at all, and very understanding. Room was clean and neat, the best. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you... coming back soon

Welcoming

Do not be fooled by the well written description or the photo's. It is an old dilapidated house that should have been painted 5years ago. There is no garden no green grass in fact old broken construction trucks fill the parking area. Inside: there is no reception area not even a desk. The rooms although big have no fans, and an old box TV. No one explained the facilities available, were when or if breakfast is going to be served. The wifi password and key were given. The bathroom only had towels for one. We stayed for a hour, in the luxury room, and the noice from people entering their rooms and the house was just to much. We booked into another quest house for much cheaper and far more "luxurious" than Silwer Plum.
